Works very well for intended purpose.
This is a well built unit, especially considering the price. It’s missing some things typically desired in a treadmill, like belt length, fully rotating support arms so it can be folded down all the way, and incline, but I don’t think that’s why anyone is buying this particular unit. I think most buy it for it’s compact size, even with known tradeoffs. For me, I would not use this for running. I have a long stride and I just don’t see it being functional for that purpoase. I also wish they would have made it easy to take the main bar off. The one that holds the small arms and folds down. It isn’t too difficult to take off completely if you’re comfortable with taking things apart and putting them back together. This is what I did to take make it work as I desire. This is not advice, it is only detail of what worked for me. -Release the clamp handle and put the main bar in it’s down position. -Remove the bolt that is opposite the clamp handle (the one you must release in order to fold down the handle). -Slide the crossbar out and the two springs on either side. -Flip the unit upside down and remove the four screws in positions shown in image A. -Flip the unit over, lift up on the front edge as shown in image B. -Pull slightly toward you on the right side to clear the lip on the right side. The left side houses the speaker and you’ll need to gently move it and lift it out. -Gently flip the plastic housing over as shown in image C. -Locate the cable shown in image D. Gently remove the hot glue holding it in, release the clip and remove the cable. -Insert a jumper as shown in image E. If you don’t have a jumper, they’re super cheap, or you can also snip the cable and jump the leads that go to the emergency stop switch. -Reinstall the top, flip the unit back over and reinstall the four screws, being careful not to strip out the plastic. The best way to do this is to put the screws in their holes, turn the screwdriver counter-clockwise until you hear/feel the screw drop a little. This aligns the screw with the threads. Then start turnign clockwise until snug. The emergency stop switch is designed to attach to your body so that, if you fall off, the treadmill turns off. If the main handle is folded down, this feature isn’t usable...so far as I can tell. Mine didn’t even have the magnet in it, so it didn’t work anyway. Again, this is not advice. This is simply what I did to make the unit function as I want it to. And don’t forget to lube the belt. It is almost non-functional as delivered. Mine was, anyway.

i never write BAD reviews but listen to me . . . .
this product has malfunctioned JUST as it passes the one year mark. amazing right? here is where it gets worse. i noticed it made a scraping sound like the belt/gear is struggling. i have lubed the belt religiously with provided oil at recommended intervals. but still its failing. I EVEN PUT A FAN BLOWING TO MOTOR part to keep it cool as it does get hot after an hour of use at 4.5mph. no carpet floors. inside at all times in a room with a air purifier to minimize dust build up. what went wrong? the noise got worse and then threw me off it almost. i caught myself and said i have to contact manufacturer for parts or diagnosis. they said there are no parts for this and the manufacturer refuses to provide parts. how awful is that? i then get told how to take off the plate to the motor to look at whats wrong. (im good with tools and car repairs so this didn't upset me i just want my $400 machine to work dangit.) DO YOU KNOW WHAT I FOUND?! They installed the belt BACKWARDS. no lie. ive been running on a INCORRECTLY INSTALLED DRIVE BELT. this absolutely shredded the belt over time and caused unnecessary wear. i have to try and take this thing apart and hope i find a drive belt replacement that can fit these precise measurements. they exist. but LOOK AT THIS. this is unacceptable. who knows how many people bothered to look into this that far but man i can imagine a normal person crying after trying to be in shape and then have the thing fail exactly one year later after warranty when you took as much precautions to ensure long life. guess i have to check motor compartment to see that THINGS ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY going forward. stay away from this and heck even go the extra mile and take the motor compartment apart and VISUALLY inspect to faulty installation on ANY threadmill from amazon going forward if you still wish to have the dream of a folding space saving threadmill. pictures provided as proof. as you can see the grooves on a belt are to be aligned with the driveshaft to ensure belt doesnt move. this belt has been shredding itself for a year unnoticed by me until *drum roll please* EXACTLY. after a year has passed. amazing. i might be able to repair this myself but those unwilling to go thru this nightmare i put myself thru either buy one WITH INSURANCE. learn from my mistake and always buy insurance on expensive goods cause now im **** outta luck and 400 dollars unless i repair it myself.

The Perfect Indoor Walking Treadmill!
As someone who prefers walking over running, this Goplus 2 in 1 folding treadmill has been an absolute game-changer for my home workout routine. It's the ideal solution for getting steps in on hot days or when I don't feel like venturing outside. Right out of the box, I was impressed with how easy this treadmill was to set up. The instructions were straightforward, and it took no time at all to have it ready to use. I love that it has adjustable feet to keep it stable on my floors. The functionality is fantastic. The 2.25HP motor provides a smooth, quiet walking/jogging experience without any jerking or lagging. The LED display is easy to read and lets me keep track of my stats. And the remote control makes it so convenient to adjust the speed without having to bend down. As a bonus, there's even an app you can connect to for additional workout tracking. I haven't used it much yet, but it's a cool feature to have. This treadmill strikes the perfect balance of being compact enough to accommodate smaller spaces while still providing a roomy 16" x 49" walking area. And when I'm done, it folds up vertically to save on floor space. My only minor complaint is that I wish the power cord was a bit longer to more easily reach outlets. But that's a tiny inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. For the price, quality, and sheer convenience this treadmill offers, it has easily earned 4.5 stars from me. Highly recommended for anyone looking to walk or jog more at home!

It' s actually VERY good for walking and easy to set up
It' s actually VERY good. Right out of the box, it' s ready to work. You don' t even have to raise the holding frame at walking mode. I use it for walking only - no running - so I did not even install the handles. But I have a power cage so I slided it inside the power cage and I use the safely bars of the power cage to hold while walking. But it' s ready to use right out of the box, just put a button battery into the remore and plug it in and press the button to turn on and attach the ribbon with the magnet on the underside of the U shape frame. Then press the On button on the remote and it will start spinning. That' s it. Use the remote for faster/ slower walking. I only use it for walking so I don' t know about running. But it' s pretty good and comfortable. It' s a little narrow for me because I' m a big man (200 Lbs) with big feet - my feet are 13 US size - so it' s about right for me. They could make it a little wider the belt for bigger men to walk better, but it' s still comfortable, I don' t notice any problem, it' s just right. Bottom line, I' d buy it again. Thanks, Chris. ===== P.S. It' s vibrating a little bit my left foot, I don' t know why. It is making a small whine noise too. May be it needs adjusting and some lubrication. I adjusted it because the belt was deviating towards the left and now it is ok.

For the price you cant beat it
I am excited to share my incredibly positive experience with the GoPlus 2 treadmill. This treadmill is not only simple and compact, but it also perfectly fits in small spaces, making it an excellent choice for those with limited room. One of the major advantages of this treadmill is its portability, as it can be easily moved or pushed under a bed when not in use. I have been using the GoPlus 2 treadmill for about two years now, and it has been a game-changer for my fitness routine. I consistently run one mile every day at a speed of 7.5, and this treadmill has been able to keep up with my daily exercise regimen without any issues. While the treadmill has started to make some noise and creek recently, it hasn't affected its overall functionality. I was relieved to find out that the speed calibration is accurate, ensuring that I am getting the desired workout intensity. Despite the slight noise, the treadmill continues to perform flawlessly. The only downside I have encountered with the GoPlus 2 treadmill is their app, which I find a bit annoying. However, considering the price point, this minor inconvenience can be easily overlooked. All in all, I believe that the GoPlus 2 treadmill is an excellent investment. Its simplicity, compactness, and ease of use make it a perfect fit for small spaces. Despite the slight noise issue, the treadmill has proven to be reliable, and the accurate speed calibration ensures an effective workout. When considering the price, the GoPlus 2 treadmill offers great value for money.

Broken latch didn’t even last 5 years.
Was refunded on the original order which I appreciate from the sellers side. Company got me one for WFH set up and I really loved this treadmill/ it gets the job done. It was worth the money but the value of the product does not last long. I’ve had a malfunction with the power switch and now my entire treadmill doesn’t work and had to be tossed out. It didn’t even last 5 years so extremely bummed :(

pretty amazing, to be honest.
I am happy to report that this device is easy as heck to install, and quick to working out. Within 30 minutes I had this plugged in and working. Seriously. The device is that simple. Below I listed the pros and cons of what the device has. Pros: 1.Within an hour of reading instructions, understanding the screws and parts, you'll be up and walking in NO time. I was really surprised how an over thinking male such as myself really made this a simple set up. 2. Q U I E T. I live in a house hold with family, and I was able to leave my bedroom door open, movie playing and this device running and nobody woke up. Most devices sell their features in a tag, but when they say quiet, they really mean it with this product. 3. Bluetooth feature really makes this prime for anyone who enjoys a movie or music with their device. I wouldn't doubt for a minute that you'll be using this if you don't have a lap top, PC, cellphone or television. 4. The price is remarkable for what you're now able to do in a small space, AND not spend money on gas. This also allows the user to cook at home, and not test their will power to pull over for a quick, fast-food fix. Already winning! Cons: 1. Package is heavy as heck. You may need a friend to carry this mother flipper in. 2. For safety and assurance reasons, the lock tight feature for raising the bar is somewhat difficult. I only mention this for the elderly women who might not have the upper strength to lock this into place, or like I previously mentioned, need assistance in carrying this package indoors. I am sorry if this is offensive in advance. 3. I'm not a gym expert, and you should take that for consideration for when I mention this. But I believe the walk-pad is slightly toooooo narrow for those that are wide and 6'4. I only say that because the device can only hold a certain weight limit, and for anyone who's just a big person (not overweight) that this device may not fit you're build. Once again, I am not an expert, and should take this as a warning for anyone that's stocky.

Circuit board damaged, waiting for part - Update
Update 1/17/22 - Took 10 days to get part, and in the email I received, I was to overlook the foreign language, I should be able to follow the removal process easily. My patience is gone. It was a pain to remove the old board, even after I left the cover off from when I found the problem. The wire that connected to the display circuit board was buried in glue (to keep it from getting disconnected... but did nothing to keep circuit board getting cracked/bent which was the REAL problem instead of being the fuse bracket, and in the video, there was no glue to worry about), good thing I had an embossing heat gun handy, a blow dryer would have taken forever. Once that was done, 4 wires and two screws later, board was replaced. Cover put back on, heave the treadmill upside down again for 11 more screws, plugged in, power on, and the damned thing now works. Now to actually use it and see how long it lasts. If anything else goes bad, It's going back - I still have the box and original packing. If you can, I would advise keeping the box and packing for about a year (warranty). For anyone interested in getting one of these, read the reviews. I had a 50/50 chance that something would go wrong and it did. I haven't had this long enough to put it through the ringer, but after looking at the Gymax app on the app store, I'm not downloading it. For one, it's from Costway, not GoPlus. Two, the reviews were horrible, rating is 1.2. The remote seems to work so far, and this does run quiet. This was a Christmas gift to myself. I ordered as Prime on Dec 9, received on Dec 17, arrived via FedEx, weighs 84 pounds. I was surprised how little packing it had. Foam ends, foam sheet on top and bottom, that's it. But box arrived in ok condition, small tear along the edge, foam not damaged. Love the compact size, was able to gently ease box on its edge and slide it down the hall and make the turn into the bedroom. I attached the cheap plastic phone holder, not sure of durability. I did NOT attach the plastic extended arms. I wanted the treadmill to remain flat. If the arms are attached, it would add about 6-8 inches of height and would prevent the bars from lying completely flat. Without the arms attached, this was easy to tuck under the bed. But actually using it? No idea yet. Power light would come on, but nothing else. Emailed seller's Cust Service as directed by Amazon Return directions for this product, included short video: plug into wall, turn on switch, power light came on, wires from switch to motor connected, no display lights, no sound. I'm on the east coast, they are on west coast, no Cust Svc on weekends. Nothing's going to be fast on this. Lol, this is NOT for impatient people. Avg response with Cust Svc has been 24-48 hours. Add more time (a week because of Christmas) when Claims Dept is involved. Cust Svc saw video. Sent a reply with video. I need to press Start on the bar. Sent back video reply showing all sides of raised bar and arms, there is no Start to press on this model, and the video they sent showed no Start was pressed either. Cust Svc/ Claims sent back a reply: open the motor case, check if light on the motor control was on or off. OK. Had to heave the thing gently upside down, find a long thin Phillips head screwdriver because the screws are all down in a deep well. Hard to shine light down them AND try to remove the screws without stripping the heads. Took some doing to remove the motor cover, the small plastc tabs on the edges were stubborn. They felt like they weren't meant to come off, but they did, without breaking. Whew. Discovered no light. Checked all connections. Then checked the fuse bracket, and the circuit board snapped and fizzled and the indicator light flickered. Emailed video before Christmas of problem found. Cust Svc replied after Christmas (l like my time off too) asked if I was willing to install new circuit board if they sent one (will take 7-12 days) along with a video on how to install it. Again, this is no problem for me, but others might not want to stick with it for this long. I don't mind getting some popcorn and see how this plays out. Updates to follow. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Arrived damaged but it works perfectly fine due to its portability & user friendly design
It came broken at the bottom of the treadmill due to shipping. There were 2-3 small broken plastic pieces inside of the box when I unpacked it. I've taken off 2 points for this. I've contacted the seller regarding a return/refund. I'll edit the review if they get back. The treadmill itself works perfectly fine. No installation is required, it is compact and fits perfectly under my standing desk & the wheels make it easy to move around. I'm 5"3,180 lbs & I had no issues walking or jogging on this thing. The handy LCD display shows the speed, time & also calories burnt which is a nice touch. It is a bit narrow though. It is not that noisy until the speed is 3 mph but it gets quite loud after that. Overall I really like it for its portability, functionality & user-friendly design

Good Treadmill, Great Speaker—Remote-Only Start Is a Big Flaw
The Goplus 2-in-1 is not really a “walking pad”—it’s a full treadmill. Because of its larger footprint, it doesn’t fit the compact, minimalist style many people look for in a walking pad. If you want something small and easy to tuck away for walking or light jogging, this may not be the most ideal option. One standout feature is the built-in Bluetooth speaker, which I personally find quite useful. I often listen to podcasts while walking, and at higher speeds the belt noise can easily overpower phone or tablet speakers. Having a speaker built into the treadmill (or using an external one) makes audio much more audible during workouts. The side handles are also a helpful addition, especially for users who find it difficult to maintain balance or stay centered on a narrow belt. This becomes even more important at higher speeds. In terms of overall build, the treadmill feels solid and durable during use. It also has protective casing around the belt and rotating components, which improves safety—though it also contributes to the machine being a bit bulkier. Noise levels are reasonable, and it’s quiet enough to be used in most rooms without being disruptive. However, the biggest issue I have with this treadmill (and I own two others) is that it can only be turned on using the included remote. There is no start button on the treadmill itself. If you lose the remote, the machine becomes unusable. To make matters worse, my remote arrived without batteries, which meant I couldn’t even use the treadmill right out of the box—definitely a quality control oversight. A few more downsides: the display is quite small and not very easy to read while walking, and the side handles/front arm feel flimsy. They shake and make noise during walking or running, which reduces confidence in their sturdiness. Overall, this is a capable treadmill with useful features like Bluetooth audio and support handles. Just keep in mind that it’s bulkier than most walking pads and has a major dependency on the remote for operation.

Good seller, Heavy and not easy to move
The seller is really responsive and caring toward your request. I gave it 4 stars because it didn't fit into our office and it was heavy to move around.

Loud but works
This works as intended, after a few adjustments to the belt (was a little sideways) and a whole bottle of lubricant! It is very heavy for my small frame (158 cm and 50 kg), so I am glad it comes with wheels. I use it under my workdesk for walking, and I have not tried running on it yet, but will upgrade the review when (and if) I do, although I usually jog outside. It works well but is extremely noisy, so I have to wear sound canceling headphones while using it. The beeps are VERY annoying and the swooshing of the belt is too loud to use during meetings or anything like that, but with good headphones and music, I get my extra hour or two of walking everyday while working, which was the reason for getting this. You should know that I work from home, this would be too noisy for an office with others around. Overall, I am happy with my purchase (for the price).
