I’m old, just retired and decided to grow out my beard. It’s pretty long but absolutely unruly after maybe 5” as it literally curves over. I like this product. It does what it says it does, it protects from heat damage and helps to straighten the beard. But the smell, although not unpleasant, has a chemical side to it that bugs me. I noticed that after using it a couple times with a higher heat setting on the beard straightener that the chemical side of the product is far less noticeable. And like I said, the product works and very well. It just smells like you walked out of a professional barber shop after using it, but if you slap on some beard oil or balm after straightening your beard the smell of the product is virtually non-existent. Overall a very good product.
