The personal size is perfect for carrying to church, Bible study, or reading at home, and the large print makes it much easier on the eyes without making the Bible feel too bulky. The Leathersoft cover has a beautiful look and comfortable feel, and the red-letter text is a wonderful feature for highlighting the words of Christ. I also really appreciate the end-of-verse references, which make studying and cross-referencing scripture much more convenient. For the cost it is a good Bible. It lays nice and flat and is easy to read even while setting a pulpit. Not sure how it would hold up to carrying around.

OUTSTANDING VALUE! GORGEOUS BIBLE!
I purchased this bible while it was on sale for $19.46 and it is an incredible value for the price! I usually use my study bible but it is large and cumbersome for anything but study. I wanted a bible that was a good quality for times I just want to read the Word. This is a fantastic value! The bible has a waterproof cover and lays flat. There is a little bit of bleed through from the text on other pages but it is very minor and not distracting. This bible has gold leafed edges and two ribbon markers that are stitched in. This is a solid, quality bible! The print is large and can be read without a magnifying glass. This bible reads well and is a comfortable weight. It is an excellent value for the price! I will be buying more for gifts. Addendum: The page with Psalm 23 printed on has a small amount of smeared ink. In spite of this, and this is the only "defect" in the production of this Bible I have been able to find, I plan on purchasing another one. This really is an excellent Bible for the price and the print size is very comfortable for reading. I still highly recommend this Bible!
