Where was this product made?

Don't know exactly, but its certainly NOT the USA. Probably China. Its decent qualit, at a great price, something we can't do.

Does the "blue & white" paddle look like the picture posted? The picture shows a pretty sea foam green color but the description doesn't match that.

Its more of a sky blue and white

Does the bar of the paddle have neoprene cushioning? It looks like it does in the picture.

I ordered 2 of them and they never came i would stay away from this seller!

I bought the 84" paddle but feels a bit short. Ran out of returning time, so if I'll get the 96", would I be able to mix them up to keep both?

I wouldn’t. There are minor adjustments that manufacturers make with the joining piece that might not fit the new one. Get tb right size and use the small one as an emergency back up. The smaller size will be convenient for that in your kayak and in a pinch, short paddle is better than no paddle.
