I'm very pleased with all aspects of this planting scoop. The overall build quality is excellent -- this is a tool that will last for a very long time even when dealing with hard, rocky soil. The handle is well designed for both comfort as well as allowing me to maintain a good grip with or without gloves. The serrated point makes quick work of getting through roots and rocks. The overall scoop size is perfect -- not too small; not too large.One of the few garden tools I've come across where I would not change a single thing about it. An excellent value - five stars.

This is, without a doubt, the best garden scoop ever! I bought one for myself and I love how solid and sturdy it is. I can dig in all my soils and easily get into and under plants that I want to move. I love it so much that I bought one for my mom, my father-in-law, and my daughter. The grip is so comfortable and functional. I absolutely love itlove it!

This is a valuable find and I am very happy with the purchase over the cheap HD or Lowes offerings. I have used the sharp edges to cut roots in holes for plantings and transplanting sod over three days. Easy to clear weeds below the surface. Very useful, great grip, solid material, and heavy. Some have commented about the funky alumairon finish thingy and how it corrodes. True, I saw some start when I put the tool down dirty overnight. I believe there is a galvanic reaction with the soil that disturbs the finish. They GW, are out front saying to wash them off with water. It appears to shed dirt quickly. Could be a flaw that will appear for me later. Silly to have a finish that reacts to dirt in a tool designed for use in the dirt, but I can overlook this unless it starts to melt.

I am so happy with this Garden Weasel Potting Scoop. It really is my go-to gardening tool this season. It's great for digging, and really excels at scooping potting soil out of a bag and into a container -- fewer scoops to fill and less mess because the sides are curved up more than a regular garden trowel. It is sturdy and well-sized, and the handle is comfortable to hold. I am so glad that I got this tool! It really is what was missing from my gardening tools.

Nice heavy, strong, large spade. Very comfortable in the hands, quality feels good, large enough to scoop for fair amounts of liter box removal. Feels solid while digging. Stable in the hands even with a full scoop.

I bought this as a gift for a gardener in my life. She loves it! It's easy to grip with a nice solid handle. It's heavyweight. It's just right for potting plants. The blade at the edge isn't so sharp took cut yourself on but just sharp enough to break through the dirt. It's a great value for the money. The handle grip is made of a good mixture of plastic/rubber. I would recommend.

This is good if you spend a lot of time potting plants, especially in the larger pots. It is wide and made to last.

This garden weasel potting scoop was the perfect solution to my backyard gardening needs. I am an inexperienced gardener trying to grow a few potted vegetables for the first time. This little tool worked great for transplanting small plants, for scooping dirt, and for ripping open bags! It is comfortable and feels substantial in my hand. The quality seems good and it gets the job done.

Ich habe mehrere Artikel von Garden weasel für meine Schwiegermutter gekauft weil sie ein Gartenfan ist . Leider hat sie Arthrose in ihren Händen und kommt mit unhandlichen Gartenwerkzeug nicht mehr so klar.Die Pflanzschaufel findet sie sehr Handlich und leicht gängig. Ausbalanciert liegt sie in der Hand. Die vorderen Zähne lassen die Schaufel tatsächlich leichter in das Erdreich gleiten. Griff sehr gut zu greifen. Der Material Mix überzeugt mich und meiner Schwiegermutter sehr.Jetzt fragen sich manche ,wer der Schwiegermutter so etwas schenkt will nur Ruhe haben von ihr. Nein so ist es nicht. Meine Schwiegermutter liegt sehr am Herzen. Ich bin Straßenbau Polier und weiß welches Werkzeug zum buddeln taugt und welches nicht 😉.

Finally used it this week. I’m happy with it.

Good potting scoop. I use it to break down promix to fill my microgreen trays. It’s not really oversized. It’s just a tad small but it will last a long time.
