If I have a monitor run by my pc at 240hz and 1920x1080 would this work with it or would it limit my other monitor to 60hz?

What do i need to connect this to my hp prodesk pc? are all cables included?

‘In the box‘ were: power cable, video cable DP to mini DP, hdmi cable, and a usb cable. I connect to my Mac using the hdmi.

How many hdmi inputs? The benq site says 2, but amazon says 1! Also do they support hdmi 2.0?
