Correct ratio of EPA and DHA
Liked that it is a vegan version. Con: Still, algae smell takes a bit getting used to. A little expensive but good quality but it is algae-based, not fish oil, so ok.

Cancer Causing Substance in it - Carrageenan
Unlike other reviews , its not repulsive or bad. Not sure why one person writes its Tasting like fish. It most certainly doesn't. While it smells like algae and will give your burps for 2-3 days, it will adjust afterwards. Benefits would be too soon to say . will update when bottle is finished. Be Cautious while buying though . Its also Contains Carrageenan . Its linked to Colon Cancer. Carrageenan is an additive used to thicken, emulsify, and preserve foods and drinks. Itโs a natural ingredient that comes from red seaweed (also called Irish moss). Youโll often find this ingredient in nut milks, meat products, and yogurt. Since the late 1960s, thereโs been controversy surrounding the health effects of carrageenan. Some evidence suggests that carrageenan triggers inflammation, gastrointestinal ulcerations, and that it damages your digestive system. People have been petitioning for products with carrageenan to be labeled with a warning or removed entirely. Read on to learn more about this common food additive and why you may want to avoid it. Dangers and side effects of carrageenan Products with carrageenan may be labeled as โnatural,โ but limited studies show that carrageenan may promote or cause: inflammation bloating irritable bowel syndrome glucose intolerance colon cancer food allergies Increased inflammation can lead to a greater likelihood of other diseases, such as: inflammatory bowel disease arthritis tendonitis chronic cholecystitis, or gallbladder inflammation ======================================= Omega 3 has its benefits but the product has risks. Please make an informed Decision.

Very effective
I like this one because it's very effective. Knee pain reduced significantly. Better then oil based as oil looses potency on exposure to sunlight

Works better than expected
Have been using this product for 3 months now and have to say that it works really well, heart health has improved, inflammation in body has gone down, wow products are absolutely amazing, you can trust the quality. Being a vegetarian I was looking for alternate options to consume omega 3 , this comes with a perfect balance of epa and dha.

Great, but somehow the tablets started smelling fishy.
It would appear to have accumulated slightly fishy smell despite being extracted from sea weed. This happened after few weeks, it could be temperature but i don't know why that is.

It Works fine.
I added it to my daily diet. I used to go to gym 4 times in a week. There wasn't a major difference. But when I checked my blood reports there were changes happening inside my body. My face was glowing and I would recommend it to the vegetarians. Good values of EPA and DHA. Add seeds and walnut to your diet to further more inhance the absorption of omega 3, if you're a vegetarian.

terrible fish smell and taste
This product doesn't seem to contain what is described on the label, marine algae. It is rather fish flour into the capsule. I do prefer to not use it rather than end up with health issues. After swallowing it, a fish taste stays in the mouth for hours. A disconfort never experienced, even as a pescaterian.

Horrible - worst fish smell, taste, aftertaste, and stomach cramps
Contrary to the description, it has a horrible extreme fish smell, taste, and aftertaste. It gave both me and my wife stomach aches. Threw it away - definitely not recommended!
