High quality!
This is a very good food processor! Before I purchased this one, I bought two other brands one after another and had to return both of them. I finally came across this one and I am very happy. It is very powerful; it can make frozen ice cream desserts out of completely frozen foods. It sticks well to the kitchen floor so it is stable while processing. The lid is closed and attaches firmly to the ball so while processing food does not come out. It is stable and powerful. It is very easy to clean which was one of my issues with the previous one. Food does not get stuck in between the razors; there are no holes/cracks in the plastic around the razors where usually food gets stuck. Everything stays inside and is easily cleaned. The processor is small which I like. I have not tried the grater but I like the processor so far.

Works great/ Reasonably priced
This is a great chopper ! I like the size of the unit and ease of using blades/attachments. Used slicing blade to cut very thin cucumbers for pickles. Chute was not wide enough to accommodate our oversized cucumbers but it worked well when they were sliced in half. Also used it to chop onions for tacos and puree fruit for my homemade kombucha. All parts are easy to remove and wash. It has a nice blue glowing light on selector knob which has 2 speeds and pulse mode. Motor has good power and is not too loud. Gripping suction cups on bottom keep it secure on your counter/table. Only change I might suggest would be a handle to make it easier to pick up. Would definitely recommend this product.

Pretty decent, good customer support
Bought this to replace a very cheap little food processor of the same size. So far this one works fine and my only complaints are that the grater attachment can be hard to clean if you use it for cheeses, but it does snap apart if you're careful with it, it's just a bit fiddly and inconvenient. The part that also holds that up and spins the blade broke for me very quickly, but I reached out to the seller/manufacturer and they very kindly sent me a replacement for free quickly. I've had no issues since, but I tend to use the grater attachment less frequently than the chopping blade. It's a perfectly decent little device that makes some quick work out of dicing veggies very fine or pureeing some ingredients for various dishes. I've also found it's a quick way of making some simple egg salads and chicken salads. I'll do something like add a little celery in chunks along with a few other things, process for just a few seconds, throw in a whole boiled egg or two, again 2 seconds, then I've got the perfectly diced mix for adding mayo and other seasonings. It's also great for making home made bread crumbs in small batches. My really cheap old food processor had the grater blade fill up the food processor's main cup which I preferred a bit more than this style where you need a bowl to the side as the attachment is a diverter, but that also has the benefit of being able to do stuff like shred a lot of potatoes or cheese or something without having to empty the unit a lot, so it's a bit of 50/50 whichever style you prefer. Overall it's small and has good power and works pretty well, and despite that minor flaw I still am ok with it and again, I got really prompt and courteous customer service when a part broke for me.

Amazing MINI Food Processor
This little gadget is the best thing since sliced bread! The base container, blade and lid are used to chop things like onion into saute-ing size. The other parts of this food processor are simply added to the base container with a click. With that piece installed, there is a reversible blade. One side is for shredding things such as carrots, cabbage, hard cheese, etc. The other side is used if you want to slice things such as potatoes, cucumber, etc. This little processor worked like a charm. First I chopped onions in the base. Next, installed the top piece that has a chute, used one side of the blade to shred carrots and the other side to slice a potato. The potato was sliced as thin as a potato chip would be. As I have trouble using my hands to cut, slice and to even shred,, this little processor has made my life so much easier. I will continue to put it through some tests but so far, this is the best thing of its kind that I've found. The base has suction cups which keeps the base from sliding on the counter top while using. Easy to use and easy to clean.

It is small but powerful.
I love this food processor. If you are planning on canning or freezing a large quantity of vegetables from a garden for a lot of people, it is a bit small, but chopping vegetables for one or two people it is the perfect size. I have a small kitchen and the Shardor Food Processor FP818S fits snugly on my countertop. I use it to make assorted soups and to chop vegetables for salads. It works like a breeze. It slices through large carrots easily and cuts them into perfect slices. I was amazed how well it did because it has only a 3.5 cup capacity. But it turned out to hold more than it looks like it would. I highly recommend it.

Good little food processor
After many years of use, I had to replace my Little Oskar and I ended up going with this Shardor food processor. I wanted one that was relatively small but powerful enough to chop and mince nuts and veggies easily. I also wanted one that had a slicing/shredding disk. So far it has worked well for me. A couple of things that I noticed: it is a little tricky to assemble the first couple of times. You need to be sure to lock the lid securely to the bowl. Then when you install the bowl on top of the unit, you need to be sure that you twist it clockwise as far as it can go. If you then twist the switch to start the motor and nothing happens, go back and try twisting the bowl a little harder. It is likely that you haven't actually engaged the bowl sufficiently. Once you have done it a few times, you will get the feel of it. When it was new, I noticed the first few times I used it that it had a "hot" smell while operating. I don't notice it anymore. I was a little concerned because this was not a brand name I knew, but most of the reviews were positive. am glad I took the chance on buying it.

Update Less than a Year Since I Bought This
Update: I am sad to report that after using this mini processor for less than a year, the part that holds the disk blade that turned it into a small shredder/slicer for small amounts of cheese, carrots, potatoes, whatever, simply broke off. I was shredding some cheddar cheese (I needed one cup) and got most of it done, I noticed something wrong. I stopped it and opened the top, then removed the disk blade from the black plastic disk on which it stands and realized that the tiny piece that hold the disk in place had snapped off. The plastic broke and there is no what to fix it. It still works find for chopping/pureeing small amounts of onions, garlic, dressing, etc., but the main reason I loved was the ability to shred things into an outside bowl. Unhappy! I have bought more disappointing mini processors from major brands than I care to count. Ditto trying to find a small cheese/veggie slicer/shredder that was efficient and easy to use for my arthritic hands. It is a pain to drag out my full-size Cuisinart just to shred a small amount. This Shardor mini processor is the mini processor I have always dreamed of: it can purée and chop as well as shred cheese and slice veggies. This little machine at an affordable price does a lot and does it well for small amounts. Makes dressings and grinds hard cheese like Parmesan. It has a reversible slicing/shredding disc and a dedicated second top that is cleverly designed to shoot the slices and shreds into a bowl placed underneath. Although the disc only does one size of shreds or slices, for smaller amounts this is perfectly fine. It is fast and efficient. I really appreciate the little suction cup “feet” that keeps this little cuties firmly in place on the counter. No dancing around like some minis. This is my second product from Shardor, and I have to admit that while I liked the design of the two-cup coffee/spice grinder that I bought previously, the quality was not great and the mechanism on one of the cups broke after only a short time. So I hope this Shardor appliance holds up better. But so far I am loving it and now can toss some of the other gadgets that take up too much space in my kitchen.

So far, so good!!
I had this out of the box and in use a half hour after it arrived on my doorstep. I cook and meal prep a lot. I got it to make chopping and grating less labor intensive (I have muscle weakness from repetitive use). This thing blitzed up onions in only three pulses. Same with peppers. Cleaning was a quick and easy breeze. It’s small enough to leave out on my counter full time, which was the goal. Out of sight, out of mind, so I want it out and ready. I haven’t used the slicer/grater disk yet, but I’m expecting good things there, too. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase. It’s solid, efficient and gets the job done.

Don't bother
I had high expectations for this and was really excited. I am so disappointed. While generally I wouldn't expect much because of the low price, I saw a video review and it sounded great. Sadly too good to be true. The thing wouldn't even turn on. The instructions are terribly written and state things that make me feel unsafe about using the product. Also, what kind of product doesn't work due to the weather? If that's the case it will never work where I live. Overall this is a terrible product. Thankfully Amazon has amazing customer service so returns are easy.

J'adore

Exactly what I needed
I love this food processor; it is a nice size for small tasks for when I don’t want to bust out my large one. It’s super easy to clean and looks super sleek on my countertop. I have used it twice to make hummus and it did its job! I haven’t yet used the shredder attachment but I’m keen to. It is very powerful, not very loud, and easy to handle. I will update my review if something changes, but so far, nothing but five stars!

Avoid the shador products , impossible to get service.
This product is cheap because the give no service at all, you'll get no answers if you request a waranty on parts, Internal rotating parts are cheap and they broke really fast , and it's impossible to get the replacement parts on warranty or part number to buy another one , because they ignore you.
