I got to use the bench last night for the first time. I raised the seat back to the upright position and dropped down the pads that lock in your ankles so they were out of the way. I adjusted the actual bottom seat to be level and horizontal. Me and my workout partner did a shoulder and bicep workout with dumbbells using this bench. The Spanish is very sturdy and the padding is perfect. my other bench which costs more than this one has too much padding which allows you to move around and it's not as sturdy as this one. Because this is so sturdy and held me in place we were really able to isolate our shoulder and bicep muscles. The bench prevents you from swinging to use inertia to help your lifting. The bench is very versatile and has many different position options with the backrest and seat being able to go up and down. Because I can lift the seat up I was able to face the backrest on the bench after lowering a little and really do some great reverse flies for my rear delts. Going to take advantage of the decline capability to do some dumbbell flies. I already have a sit-up bench so I really probably won't use this for sit-ups but it has that capability as well. This bench is exceeded my expectations. it's not lightweight and cheap feeling but it's not super heavy and hard to move around either. His bench is a great addition to my gym and I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Amazon. If you're looking for a good solid bench that has a lot of versatility in terms of positions, look no further and buy this one!!

Great bench. Light, sturdy, and comes assembled with the exception of the pads for the footholders. Anybody with any decent familiarity of a general weight bench like this will have no problem figuring this out even without the instructions. Instructions aren't great so I just figured it out on my own. I like how it is so light that I can move it with ease unlike the weight benches at the gym that weigh a lot and are a burden to move around. Without a doubt, this bench is worth about the $100 price point. With this purchase you will be opening up a lot more exercises at your home gym!

I ordered this bench to support my mini-home gym during COVID-19. It came in a box almost fully ready to use, and set-up very easily. It is pretty stable (my husband is 190 lbs. and uses heavier dumbbells), can be adjusted to support a wide range of exercises, yet is light to move. Two issues to be aware of: (1) the padding material has a chemical smell, somewhat off-putting. (2) the gap between the seat and back-rest is quite large, causing a sometimes awkward butt/hip "sink" when doing flat bench exercises. I've had to work to find a good position.

I finally decided to invest in a good workout bench, since gyms in my town have closed again due to a rise in Covid Cases. this bench was totally worth the investment, it fits my needs perfectly, I am 5 foot 4” and 140 pounds, it’s perfect for me. Study, durable and designed to last. My husband has utilized it on occasion, and is also impressed with its comfort And durability.. He is 5’ 6” and 190 pounds. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, I had it completed by myself in about an hour. I really love its space saving design, allows me to utilize the small area I have for working out to its maximum capacity. it folds up easily and stores away almost instantly. Pretty impressive! It also adjusts very easily, and has every setting I could possibly use. It’s solid and designed to last. This workout bench is an amazing value!! Very happy with this investment! Will totally pay for itself in the long run... Highly recommended

Great product! I would recommend this to anyone who likes to workout. The bench is versatile and you can adjust the angle to your liking easily. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I’ve been using mine to workout in the basement and I feel secure and comfortable on it. Before, I was using an old wooden chair to lift weights, and i felt like it was going to collapse underneath me at any moment. I definitely do not regret the purchase. Great buy for the price!

Great adjustable bench for workout at home, It is a foldable bench, doesn’t take up too much space, easy to carry and store . I use it for basic to intermediate strength training exercises, sturdy and well built with under 100$，that is very reasonable price. Now I like to spend some time with it every day to do exercises, it feels so good..

Before ordering I read lots of reviews on multiple different benches. Overall this bench is pretty good. The quality seems well built, stowing/storage is quick and simple, setup is easy, material seems fairly decent (easily creases in some areas). My complaint is when you set the bench for a decline position, it leaves a fairly wide gap between the back and butt pad, which is really uncomfortable and ends up creasing the material. I’ve since placed a towel in between the gap, and understand it’s due to the folding capability, but is a bit annoying.

Impressed with the quality of this bench for the price point. Seems like it will last. Super easy to put together and easy to adjust. Comfortable as far as weight benches go. Although I leave it out for use, I like that I can pull the pins and collapse it easily if I need the space.

I picked up the bench to add to my home gym setup, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. Pros: - Really sturdy – no wobbling at all during workouts - Comfortable padding - Can support a good amount of weight without issues - Easy to assemble – took me less than 10 minutes Cons: - The little plastic leg protectors slide around and sometimes fall off, which gets annoying From my personal use, it’s been great for bench presses, dumbbell workouts, and even step-ups. Definitely a solid bench for the price. Just wish those leg caps stayed in place better.

Lo bueno es que es un banco muy útil, resistente y se pliega fácilmente, ocupando poco espacio. Lo malo son las dimensiones para trabajar el abdomen, queda corto. (para una persona de 1.72m de altura)

Die Bank füktioniert, nach 6 Wochen fast täglicher Nutzung ist noch nicht kaputt :) Man kann zwar über die Verarbeitungsqualität meckern, aber ganz ehrlich - für 85 Euro ist es mehr als ausreichend.
