The Wish- Story ------------------- The Wish- Story started almost 60 years ago thanks to a single recipe for Italian dressing and an ingenious American soldier. In 1945, Phillip Sollomi opened a family-style chicken restaurant in Kansas City, Missouri and decided to name his place, "The Wish-." Phil's restaurant was an immediate success, but in 1948, he decided his restaurant was missing a certain...kick. He decided to ask his mother for the spicy salad dressing recipe she brought from her native Sicily. He thought his customers might like it. And they did. Today salad lovers can enjoy dozens of delicious Wish- dressings with the salads they love. Blt Chicken Avocado Wraps ------------------------- Serving Size: 4 | Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Ingredients ----------- * 1 lb. less, skinless chicken halves * 1/2 cup Wish- Light Honey Dijon Dressing * 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's or Best Foods Light Mayonnaise * 4 (10-in.) burrito size whole wheat tortillas * 2 cups thinly sliced green leaf lettuce * 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced * 1 avocado, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices * 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked Directions ---------- Brush both sides of chicken with 1/4 cup Wish- Light Honey Dijon Dressing; season if desired with salt and pepper. Grill or broil, turning once, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. In a small combine remaining Dressing and Mayonnaise, evenly spread on tortillas, then layer sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and bacon. Roll up and serve.
