Amazon Grocery, All Purpose Flour, 2 Lb

This is my go-to flour for my everyday baking. I use it to coat chicken before frying. I use it in sweet breads, pancakes, and crepes. I use it to make biscuits and pull apart bread. I use it as a base for gravy, roux, béchamel. It is very versatile. I use this flour just about every day. It tastes great. Everything cooks up just right. I just tried a strawberry cake recipe that called for all purpose flour instead of cake flour and the cake is now our “cake of summer”. I’ve made it at least 5 times this summer already (not only for us - I share with friends and neighbors). The flour worked great in that, too. The price point can’t be beat. I’d recommend this flour.

Overall, it is all purpose flour, it acts like it is supposed to act. But make sure you either store it in the freezer or leave it in the plastic wrapping as 1 out of the 3 had weevils. So that kept them contained to the single bag being ruined.
