I was a little skeptical about whether I really needed the genuine Bissell brush roll, but I’m glad I went with it. OEM parts work best
I have tried third party replacement parts for my Crosswave, but come back to the parts provided by Bissell. They provide the best fit and performance. The rollers seat properly and provide the best cleaning. They are also more durable and last. These rollers last for some time if properly maintained and worth the additional expense.
