Good protein with lot of good minerals
Very good protein that is not laced with artificial sweeteners. Even without the sweetener it tastes good and provides essential minerals at the same time. Finally I have found the protein that I remember to take everyday because I love it.

Worst tasting protein drink
Im writing this so you can prepare yourself for this shake. I bought this because of the claims that it has the least amount of metals among protein shakes. The added vitamins seemed like a really good deal as well. I can't say that it isn't good for you but this is the worst tasting shake you will ever have. I do not know what is in this to give it that awful taste but it is hard to get down. I have tried to make this with so many different fruits to get rid of the awful taste it has, but it still come through. I won't be purchasing another order but if you can get past the taste, it is good for you. I ordered the chocolate, which I don't usually order for my protein shakes, and it has a nice chocolate taste but that awful thing in it still over powers the chocolate. I'm a health nut too. I can eat anything green but this is not that.
