This is an awesome flavoring. Gives just the right amount of lemony goodness.

I have only used the lemon oil for flavoring in blueberry muffins and bread but it can be used for candles, frostings etc. It's stronger than extract and therefore infuses a higher concentration of lemon flavor using less product. It also has a long shelf life. I've also purchased their orange oil to use in orange cranberry nut muffins. Delicious!! After much searching, I was disappointed to find that most drug stores or health food stores in my area do not carry this product and the clerks hadn't even heard of it. That's too bad. If People knew how much these oils (that are edible) infuse a better concentration of flavor, in baked goods particularly, it would fly off the shelves.

I purchased this lemon oil because it is food grade and wanted to add a drop or two to drinking water but found the oiliness too unpleasant to do this ritual daily. I rather squeeze lemon juice into the water as something that I am better able to tolerate. However, I have found this oil pair well with baking soda for a clean, refreshing toothpaste substitute and with coconut oil as a moisturizer. Straight onto the skin, this is unpleasant to use (my mistake) and it irritated my skin. However, mixed with olive, coconut, almond oils, it goes well in a refreshing salad or as a skin moisturizer. The best part about it, is because it is concentrated lemon oil, that only a drop or two are needed to do more with a lot less of this product. When I am ready to use it to bake lemon squares I'll update on its contribution as a consumable in other forms.

A nice, natural smell and taste compared with the usual in-store brand of "extract" which smells more like alcohol than lemon. A tip for dispensing it to your recipe mix without losing a large amount to the side of the bottle, your fingers and the counter: use a straw to transfer it from the bottle to the recipe bowl--just dip it in the bottle, close off the other end with a finger and transfer it to the bowl. No mess and no lost ingredient.

Normally, I buy lemon and Orange oils at the grocery. But they were out. So I ordered a bottle of this and wasn’t disappointed. Home made lemon drops turned out great! Highly recommended.

I bought this to flavour olive oil because I was tired of paying high prices for 1% lemon oil + 99% olive oil! So I've flavoured my own olive oil and its great! It can be a little bitter if you use too much, so be careful, but otherwise it is what it says super-strength lemon oil!

Happy with this product. It adds a nice lemony flavour and is completely natural.
