Is this compatible with tivo?

It does not relate to a traditional Tivo DVR. It will stream from many different streaming services. It does not connect to or otherwise play content from a Tivo DVR.

what are the number buttons are for?

They're not used too much. You can use them any time you need to enter a number, like when entering a password. Other than that, not too useful at this time.

Does it have peacock app

Don't know what they're saying on TiVo discussion boards, but I've got the TiVo 4K Stream and I've got Peacock. Just click on Google Play Store and download the Peacock app. As of 8/8/20, not only did this work fine, but Google offered me 3 months of free Peacock Premium.

I watch YouTube main stream and my subscribed channels on it every day. Download the app from the Play Store, click the icon, and if you sign into YouTube the watching will be coordinated with your other devices. If you are referring to YouTube TV, they released an update 5614 firmware yesterday 6/23/21 which is aimed at curing a glitch. Google is apparently investing heavily in the Tivo Stream 4k providing it free to some subscribers of YouTube TV.
