Perfect fit
These were in perfect condition and worked in my daughter's laptop. Solved the noisy fan issue. (Note: taking a laptop apart is not for everyone).

One of the fans doesn't fit
So, as another reviewer mentioned, one of the fans doesn't fit. not sure which goes to which, but when you flip your laptop over and are looking at the fans, it's the left one that does not fit. The fan on the right works great, and I was able to disassemble the stock left fan and clean the everliving poop out of it. Works like a charm now, and is super quiet. not sure what's up with one of the fans not being at all compatible though.

Replacement performed on a Predator Helios 300 model number PH315-53-79CQ. Photo descriptions: 1) New fan with sticky pad shown 2) Original fan on left, replacement fan on right 3) Both replacement fans in place Fan replacement was perfect, zero issues with lining up the screws and the sticky pads. Fans run much quieter than they did before so I would say it was a success. An potential issue is - as displayed in photo 2 - the bottom of the fans are different (original fan is more open, new fan is more closed). Heat dissipation seems fine at the moment, but it is something that I’ll have to monitor. In summary: Easy replacement as everything lines up. Bottom of fan is different from original fan (picture 2) so may have issues down the road.
