Positiv ist für mich vor allem die einfache und angenehme Einnahme im Vergleich zu flüssigem Apfelessig, da der Geschmack entfällt und gleichzeitig die Zähne geschont werden. Subjektiv habe ich außerdem den Eindruck, dass mein Hungergefühl etwas reduziert ist. Insgesamt habe ich das Gefühl, dass sie mir guttun, auch wenn sich die Wirkung objektiv nicht eindeutig belegen lässt.
