When wet, are they difficult to walk in? Like the cheap $5-10 flip flops are virtually impossible to walk in when wet - feet slide all around inside

I had the opposite experience as the other two... the bottom part of the sole grips fine when wet, but my feet slide on the sandal. Don't try to walk up a hill in the rain.

What size would a 10 inch foot fit in best?

I wear 10 1/2 and size 12 in these reefs is good
