No Pros at all. iClone will destroy Windows 7 x64. iClone versions 4 & 5 require DirectX 9. This software will NOT work with the latest version of DirectX (version 11 in Windows 7). iClone attempts to force installation of OLD DirectX version 9 in Windows 7. The danger is that Windows 7 has DirectX version 11 installed. If you allow iClone 5 to install old DirectX 9, it will mess up DirectX 11 and damage your Windows 7. Reallusion was once a great developer of 3D animation software. However, this developer is extremely slow to update its software. Several of its major titles of software have not been updated since 2010 (WidgetCast is a good example). Do not be deceived by Reallusion's claims of compatiblity with Windows 7. REALLUSION'S FAILURE TO UPDATE ITS SOFTWARE MAKES IT INCOMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 7 x64. Any software that requires installation of old DirectX 9 in order to work is NOT compatible with Windows 7 and DirectX 11! Install this iClone software at great peril to your Windows 7 PC. BTW, as of August 2012, the latest version of iClone is 5.23, which still requires DirectX 9 and still screws up Windows 7.

I am a freelancer of animation. Animation and video producing are interest for me after work. I create several video and animation by using iClone with Kinect for a while. I have to say using Kinect for Windows to do Mocap is talented idea for our kind of freelancer. We can own affordable Mocap studio at home. How amazing it is. That is a awesome and incredible software, I ever used. That is working great on my Windows 7 OS, whatever use on laptop or desktop. I also use different OS as Win 7, XP and Vista. All of them are working perfect with iClone. Reallusion also has really excellent customer service, I have used twice before and got the great feedback and solution really soon. The Mocap Plug-in is working great with Microsoft Kinect as well. I'm using genuine copy of Win7 and working so perfect. This software is really helpful for me. Thanks for the effort of Reallusion.

Amazing

I don't usually leave coments for what I bought but this one was worthy of taking the time to review. I have been experiencing this for several weeks and I believe I should let everyone know how great the product is. With iClone Mocap device plug-in, iClone can speed up creating 3D animation just with a small budget. Also, it's so much fun that you can control the characters to touch the iprops and interact with the characters. I have dreamed to be a Animator since I was a little child. Now I did it! Awesome!

I was very much excited to find I could make 3D animation with Kinect. I can just simply move my body to control the character. This is so amazing that my character totally follow my actions and even character's hair move so smoothly. That's absolutely the best total solution for 3D animation!
