Is it really a 6" blade? Why does it say 16.5 in?

ThIs blade is 6” long. You can also choose 8” or 10” blade lengths. The 16.5” figure is likely the packaging for the 10” blade.

What is the difference besides price in classic n this knife z twilling ?

I know Henkels has a variety of levels of cutlery. I purchase the 4 star level. Had this knife in the 4 star for about 20 years and just replaced it with the same this year. Money well spent if you use and care for them correctly. The rest of mine I have sharpened occasionally and have only done that for the last few years. Finally lost the edge after all that time.

where is this knife manufactured?

Yes... good all-around knife, 6inch blade, yet a tiny short... plus, is more of an utility knife than a chef’s knife... lacks a bigger belly to be a real chef knife...
