Slim White PE Foam Rollers

This mini roller gets the spot right by my shoulder blade.

After knee replacement, I was given a sheet with twice daily exercises I needed to do. This roll was my favorite thing to use to help straighten my leg. I could feel the back of my knee loosen every time I used it. Much better than the rolled up towel they had me use during PT. I believe this simple roll is what helped me walk within a week without pain and drive within three weeks of surgery.

Foam rollers are very helpful to people who have back problems or poor posture. They make a big difference especially if you place them directly behind you in chairs you sit in as you go about your day. I take it out with me daily. My doctor recommended I use the PE Foam Roller.

It is a piece of foam cut off a roll. End was jagged. Buy a pool noodle instead.

I didn’t know that these came in lengths. Pay attention to side. This is a shorty. In my case, and for I intended to use this for, size mattered.

I bought this product to roll my flat feet on. It’s soft enough, yet firm. It’s a great size, doesn’t take up much space, hides well under the couch until I need it, and fits my feet well.

Works perfect for my sons to do his physical therapy at home.
