Vitamix Personal Cup and Adapter

I have owned a pro series Vitamix blender for many years now, which I like to use to make protein smoothies. I didn't realize these personal cups existed and wish I did a long time ago! I ended up retiring my blender for several years to use a smaller Nutribullet because my Vitamix's original container cup was just way too big for the smoothies I was making. My smaller blender started to have some issues and when I was doing research on replacement blender options, I came across the personal cup adapter for my Vitamix. This adapter set is very expensive, but for me worth it over continuing to buy smaller blenders which will eventually equal the price of these cups (plus no other blender performs as amazingly well as my Vitamix). The cup quality is excellent. The plastic feels thick and durable (would love to see a glass version one day). I want to mention that the mouth caps to drink from are incredibly hard to open and this is coming from a strength athlete. I am not sure if mine are defective or if there is some other type of quality issue going on. I plan to contact Vitamix for some insight as to what might be wrong. The benefit for me with this adapter set is just having access to the smaller cups to use with my Vitamix, but would be nice to have functioning caps. Lastly, I saw a lot of negative reviews mentioning liquids coming out during the blending process. Instructions come with this set that very clearly outline, with both text and visual guidance, how to avoid that from happening. You need to layer ingredients in the cups a particular way, limit how far you fill the cups, and never overly tighten the cap before blending. I have a feeling a lot of people are simply not reading the instructions. Don't be dissuaded by those reviews, these cups work perfectly fine when you use them correctly. UPDATE: Regarding the mouth of the caps being hard to flip open to drink from, I contacted Vitamix and they recommended putting them in the dishwasher, so the plastic can be loosened up a bit with heat. This sure enough fixed the problem and they are now much easier to open. Also I am about four weeks into using this adapter set daily and absolutely love it. Works perfectly with zero issues.

This is what I was waiting for, I love my Vitamix even more now. Before my measurements were wrong for a nice smoothie, the container was just too big, I had to add more liquid and I ended up with having too much smoothie and wasting some of it which was upsetting. With the cup size provided (amazing quality by the way) I get the right portion! This appliance is powerful, solid, high quality, quieter than when using the normal container. I find it much easier to clean than the big container. Following the "recipe" provided, i.e putting in the container the ingredients in the order and the quantity recommended and pouring the right amount of liquid are important factors to a great smoothie! I am now hoping the seals around the cup and the base of the blender will be strong and effective enough to last for a very long time.

Dos vasos, no me lo puedo creer y de tan excelente calidad. Funcionan perfecto con la misma base de la licuadora. Recomiendo preguntar primero al proveedor si el modelo de licuadora que se tiene (de Vitamix, por supuesto) es compatible con los vasos. El molido, como siempre, deja una muy buena textura en los alimentos y como se muele directo en el vaso, solo se tiene que usar la propia tapa transportar el alimento.

. Es costoso pero se nota la calidad del material (a mí parecer es aún mejor que el vaso incluido en la Vitamix), es súper fácil de usar y práctico; la tapa cierra muy bien y no tiene fugas

少量で使えるので便利なのですが、私のような庶民には高すぎます。しっかりした作りではありますが、コスパが悪く感じてしまいます。
