अब तक 10 12 साल मैने epson के लगभग 7 प्रिंटर खरीदे लेकिन 1साल् के बाद इनके प्रिंटर मैं प्रॉब्लम आना चालू हो जाता है eg. लास्ट ईयर मैंने epson L 15150 खरीदा 70 k एक साल बराबर चला फिर अचानक से इनके प्रिंटर मैन error आने लगा Dust की वजह से भाई प्रिंटर bussiness prurpose के लिया है तो dust तो थोड़ी bahut आएगी हि ना चलो ठीक है engineer आया प्रिंटर ठीक किया service चार्ज 1700 रुपये और service वारंटी 20 दिन 25 दिन बाद फिर वही error वापस engineer वापस 1700 देना पड़ा एक डेढ़ महीने बाद वही dust की वजह से error आप हि बताओ महीने 1700 इसके maintanace मै भरो तो कैसे प्रॉफिट होगा और ऐसे bahut सारे error warranty peroid में नहीं aayenge ये 10 12 साल एक्सपेरियंस है epson लेना सोच समज कर लेना

my epson wf m5799 showing maintinace box end of life i call epson service centre almost one year thay not provide a maintinace box such a poor customer deling trick and very bad product qulity recomded not purchase this product.

This printer uses a new type of ink delivery system. It requires you to purchase only ink from Epson and you can't refill. Also, this Ink is scarce right now which could be a big issue. The printer seems to print well with this ink but buyer beware with this printer..it’s unique ink requirement could spell disaster for using this printer long term. Other than the ink issue, this printer seems to be ok. Will wait and see how much advance warning the printer gives you before it runs out of ink. Haven’t run out yet to see. Hopefully Amazon will publish this review because ink is a critical part of a printer review and without ink it may as well be an anchor for my boat!
