excellent product, my disabled husband sleeps in a separate room so his daytime alarm is not much use if he just needs me to help him get out of bed. easy to use no instillation, you just plug it in. Also useful that you can use this in any room so if he is in bed and i am downstairs i just plug it into where i am working. even outside if you have a plug handy. would certainly recommend this product

I bought this item because it could be paired with the A1Mason ip55 doorbell (1 doorbell + 2 receivers) cost £18 - Great value.above When paired with the above you end up with three receivers + doorbell + two push button alarm pendants. This combination works really well. This product is badly let down by the instructions included. Attaching the lanyard to the push button call device is fairly easy but fiddly. The main problem is the instructions given to enable you to change the battery on the pendant. PS the screwdriver supplied is the wrong type and useless ( or as my wife says “as much use as a chocolate teapot”) If you follow the instructions you will probably damage the unit which is soft plastic. To replace battery: 1. Hold unit in your palm, button side down. Press the sides and slide off the cover. This will reveal an inner cover held down by three small Phillips screws. 2. Undo the three screws and lift off the plastic cover. 3. Battery is now visible and easy to remove. I would have given this product 5 stars but for the really bad instructions.

Bought for use for patients awaiting bed space. Works a treat. Bought 3 all set to different ring tones. Patients love them. They are loud so they can be heard even if you are a fair distance away. So easy to use and set up. Fab piece of kit.

Perfect for ensuring peace of mind when elderly family members come to stay....... We got this after Mum fell whilst we were on holiday, we didn't hear her and she found it hard to get herself up. Having this alarm has taken all the stress and worry away but allows her privacy.

It’s a lovely ‘fun’ thing - takes off the ‘seriousness’ of the reason why you buy it. It lights up when it plays a little melody that you have selected on it. We bought it when we could not always hear my elderly Dad shouting from another room, when he needed attention. So this little device has solved our problem. Thank you.

This is simply a standard doorbell kit, except that the transmitter is shaped to be carried around on a lanyard or mounted beside a bed, not outside the front door. As such it works fine, with the usual over-supply of unsuitable ring tones to choose from. The plastic is cheap and the printed instructions are tiny and incomprehensible. As the Amazon listing and its related questions/answers and reviews apparently relate to a number of products, no-one knows what anyone is talking about and little makes sense. I needed to get the back off the transmitter to attach the lanyard. I read the instructions with a magnifying glass. All I could find was a suggestion that you inserted a screwdriver or some kind of key into the big slot at the bottom and twist. This just resulted in damaged over-soft plastic, see photograph. I posted a question, which resulted in people telling me to insert a screwdriver or saying that they couldn't get it off either. So I gave up relying on Amazon's system, which doesn't even allow you enough characters to properly express your question, and applied a bright light. Aha, there is a white arrow etched on the white back, which is a separate piece of plastic from the front. If the transmitter is hanging from a lanyard fixed to the top, "down" is just going to depend on gravity, so the arrow must indicate something else other than the right way up. Actually, as I discovered, if you grasp the transmitter at the sides, you can slide the back off by pressing with your thumbs in the direction of the arrow. No screwdriver necessary at all to get the back off! Take a look at my photo. This removal method may be obvious to teenagers, but to a 70 year old challenged by Alzheimer's and poor eyesight, it certainly isn't! With the back off, you can fit the lanyard, and then see various screw heads which release a cover for changing the battery. The instructions given by the seller in the questions section must relate to something else. Does it work? Yes. Whether or not it suits your circumstances is up to you to decide. I just wanted an easy way for my wife to quickly attract my attention from upstairs when she was confined to bed for a period after returning from hospital, nothing fancy required. I have yet to make full sense of the settings buttons. I would really prefer the receiver NOT to chime every time it is plugged in - I don't want to wake my wife up when I go upstairs to bed myself, take the receiver unit up with me and plug it in there, do I? Naturally, there is no analogue volume control, just a digital one that chimes at each setting, and no on/off mute switch. I suppose they want me to buy another receiver...

Absolutely amazing. I’ve installed these in the vet practice to better improve our emergency situations as we have a large practice. I bought 4 alarms and 8 buttons. All very easy to set up and use!!! So happy I found these. A lot of sounds to choose from, only a couple alarm sounds. Very loud!! And range is amazing.
