I actually really really liked this one! I was looking for a natural remedy for depression and while I couldn't immediately notice the effect (or so I thought), I noticed it immediately as soon as I ran out. ☺️ I guess I attributed my well being to other factors, or thought I was busier and more distracted to feel blue, but I cried two days straight after I ran out.
