I have been suffering with neck/shoulder pain from an injury for the last 4 years. Thanks to this pillow, I am able to get healing, restorative sleep for the first time in a long time. I use a slim down pillow on top of the Baifros pillow for the perfect combination. If I use just the Baifros pillow it's a bit too hard, but with my other pillow it's perfect. My only complaint is the zipper of the pillow cover is broken. Not sure why, as I've never zipped it. However, this is a minor flaw compared the amount of relief I get. Again, I recommend using this pillow in combination for best result. Hope this helps you!

I bought this pillow for myself, since I've been having a lot of neck & shoulder pain, and since my preferred pillow for a while has been to bunch up my feather pillow underneath my neck, with the rest of my head resting on the thinner part of the pillow. Seemed like this pillow was the perfect replacement for my cockamamie system.I think it *would* have been the perfect fit if I were a bigger person, but I'm short (5'4") and small boned, and I think the raised part of this pillow was just too deep/long for my neck. If I pushed the pillow as far down my neck as it would go, it felt like my chin was sticking way up in the air. And if I pushed it the other direction, it felt like the top of my head wasn't resting on anything.I was all set to return it, but my husband (almost 6'), who'd been sleeping on a more traditional contour pillow, decided he'd give it a go. He slept through the night for the first time in ***YEARS***.We think it's because he has mild apnea, and when he sleeps on his side, it goes away. This pillow feels most comfortable to him when he's on his side, so he tends to spend most of the night on one side or the other. When he *is* on his back, the apnea is much improved because the pillow keeps his airway open. He's slept through the night for 7 days straight with this pillow, which is like a crazy unicorn miracle.Anyhow, one size does not fit all, but if it fits you, you may just love it.P.S. For my own neck/shoulder issues, I've been using a 3.5" diameter bolster along with my old pillow. It's an improvement, but I'm still looking...

First of all, this pillow is NOT the type of memory foam that you see where you push your hand down in it and upon release you see the deep imprint! This is a rather FIRM pillow and one you have to take time getting used to it. I thought it would relieve shoulder discomfort but it doesn't. If you sleep solely on your back it'll be okay, but if you're a side sleeper you'll have to fight with it to get comfy. I usually curl my fingers around my ear on the side I'm sleeping on to prevent muffled hearing. But either you have to press it down a lot or reconfigure your angle to be on your side. This is one of those"you get what you pay for" deals. If you like it really firm this is it, but if you like more comfort and softness... bypass with due diligence! The pillow comes rolled up and tightly placed in a plastic bag. Keep looking!

This pillow is definately 5 stars. I was diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy earlier this year due to back/neck pain, and finger tingling. I recieved medications (muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories) and it mostly went away leaving just a dull ache. Then a couple weeks later I woke up and it flaired back up and I was back at square one. Ive side slept my whole life. I decided I had to change my sleep habits in hope that would help and was searching for a cervical pillow and chose this one (mostly because it could give me next day delivery.) My pain has gone completely away in the 2 and a half weeks since I recieved this. I really try to force myself to back sleep now, which is not comfortable for me. But the fact this has relieved my pain so much makes it worth it. Hopefully soon back sleeping will become natural for me.I havent had to take a muscle relaxer since about 3 days after I started using this pillow/back sleeping. I was taking them at least every other day and sometimes multiple times per day prior to this.If you have neck issues I highly reccomend giving this a try!

Good quality pillow, nicely made, as described, sturdy. Unfortunately it gave me an extreme neck ache inducing headaches I felt upon awakening. Disappointed I cannot use or benefit from it. But based on quality for great price I kept it and will pass it on to a family member that may like it

I was intrigued by this pillow design. The quality seems decent enough. However, it didn’t work for me. (I do sleep on a soft mattress, which may be sub-optimal for this type of pillow)

I was a bit nervous about ordering this pillow, due to a couple of the negative reviews, even though most are positive. I also have a fused neck. However, I’m happy to report that it works well for me, sleeping on my back or on my sides. I sleep very well on this pillow. Thumbs up.

Some neck relief at last!This pillow is great. I was worried because it came in a really boxy shaped box, but I pulled the pillow out and it morphed into an awesome contoured pillow! The pillow itself is a nice memory foam and is shaped so that it cradles and supports your neck. It’s amazing. You can lay on your back or side and the contours just really fit... The pillow has a soft cloth cover that zips on and off for washing.I’ve purchased other devices to help w neck pain and this is the first one that actually offers the relief it claims to. This gives my neck some much needed support, helps with bedtime relaxation, and made a comfy new addition to my pillow collection!I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from neck and shoulder issues. It’s not magic... it won’t take away your pain completely, but it sure does help!
