This pillow is definately 5 stars. I was diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy earlier this year due to back/neck pain, and finger tingling. I recieved medications (muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories) and it mostly went away leaving just a dull ache. Then a couple weeks later I woke up and it flaired back up and I was back at square one.Ive side slept my whole life. I decided I had to change my sleep habits in hope that would help and was searching for a cervical pillow and chose this one (mostly because it could give me next day delivery.) My pain has gone completely away in the 2 and a half weeks since I recieved this. I really try to force myself to back sleep now, which is not comfortable for me. But the fact this has relieved my pain so much makes it worth it. Hopefully soon back sleeping will become natural for me.I havent had to take a muscle relaxer since about 3 days after I started using this pillow/back sleeping. I was taking them at least every other day and sometimes multiple times per day prior to this.If you have neck issues I highly reccomend giving this a try!

I bought this pillow for myself, since I've been having a lot of neck & shoulder pain, and since my preferred pillow for a while has been to bunch up my feather pillow underneath my neck, with the rest of my head resting on the thinner part of the pillow. Seemed like this pillow was the perfect replacement for my cockamamie system.I think it *would* have been the perfect fit if I were a bigger person, but I'm short (5'4") and small boned, and I think the raised part of this pillow was just too deep/long for my neck. If I pushed the pillow as far down my neck as it would go, it felt like my chin was sticking way up in the air. And if I pushed it the other direction, it felt like the top of my head wasn't resting on anything.I was all set to return it, but my husband (almost 6'), who'd been sleeping on a more traditional contour pillow, decided he'd give it a go. He slept through the night for the first time in ***YEARS***.We think it's because he has mild apnea, and when he sleeps on his side, it goes away. This pillow feels most comfortable to him when he's on his side, so he tends to spend most of the night on one side or the other. When he *is* on his back, the apnea is much improved because the pillow keeps his airway open. He's slept through the night for 7 days straight with this pillow, which is like a crazy unicorn miracle.Anyhow, one size does not fit all, but if it fits you, you may just love it.P.S. For my own neck/shoulder issues, I've been using a 3.5" diameter bolster along with my old pillow. It's an improvement, but I'm still looking...

I have been suffering with neck/shoulder pain from an injury for the last 4 years. Thanks to this pillow, I am able to get healing, restorative sleep for the first time in a long time. I use a slim down pillow on top of the Baifros pillow for the perfect combination. If I use just the Baifros pillow it's a bit too hard, but with my other pillow it's perfect. My only complaint is the zipper of the pillow cover is broken. Not sure why, as I've never zipped it. However, this is a minor flaw compared the amount of relief I get. Again, I recommend using this pillow in combination for best result. Hope this helps you!

I hate being critical because this varies based on your own sleep, body, neck support needed... I saying that I want to be honest. It works ok for support but not what I was expecting. I haven’t seen improvement with the neck area. I have had one in the past that was larger and I prefer that. This was much smaller than I anticipated. Not bad for the price but if I’d have to do over, I’d save a little extra and go bigger again. I would say this is great if you are a back sleeper . I found laying on my back was comfortable . I’m a side sleeper though and wouldn’t suggest it for that .

I had been experiencing neck pain for several months that stemmed to my upper back and shoulders, feeling like constant compression. I was seeing a chiropractor and doing various stretches to try and get in alignment to alleviate the pain. I bought this pillow and within 3 nights, my neck and upper back pain felt relief and re-aligned. I have been using for over 3 months now and have not yet once experienced the compressed feeling and neck pain that I was having before this pillow. It is Comfortable and aligns my head and neck all night. I often move around, moving from back, to side, to stomach. All positions support my head and neck. I highly recommend this pillow for pain relief, comfort, and waking up pain free and feeling in alignment.

I’m a side and stomach sleeper but needed to be on my back while I recovered from surgery. It seems that no amount of wedging myself with pillows stops me from rolling onto my side. However, with this pillow I stay on my back all night long which is really helping my stitches heal. Maybe i stay in one spot because my head is comfortable? The pillow is also comfy for side-sleeping if you want to do that.Only down side is that it’s a bit warm, but I put a silk pillowcase on it and that fixed the problem. It’s easy to fit into a standard pillowcase, too.

I received this product and was excited at how it fluffed out. It appeared to have a nice plush feel to it. I took of the pillow case lining on top of the foam to prepare to wash it and immediately noticed these red looking spots/splotches under the mesh on the foam. I'm not sure what it is but it looks like dried blood. I'm very disappointed.

It’s not what I expected. It’s way too hard, I was expecting memory foam but it was sooo hard. It even cuts off circulation sometimes in my neck. Very uncomfortable. The design is there and I feel like it’s slightly better than the last pillow I had which was a $10 pillow but that’s not saying much.
