This is a well-constructed attachment. It's solid, heavy-duty metal that feels built to last. The rubberized grips provide excellent traction and comfort during workouts. I purchased it mainly as an attachment for seated rows, but also to double up with a barbell for landmine exercises. However, the shape doesn’t allow the barbell to sit flush in the centre—it ends up off to either side. So if you're considering it for landmine rows you probably want to look at alternatives that allow the bar to sit to the bottom of the "V". However, for seated rows and cable machine work, it performs well

I purchased this for my home gym and love the build quality, weight and design. While the handles can be slightly more comfortable, I like the strong plastic it is so I don't have to work about ripping it over time. It's pretty heavy but I like that, especially for the type of exercise I do with it. The ring for the carabiner is pretty thick but it brings confidence to the security. Ultimately, I would be interested in looking at what other products they have if the build quality is anything like this.

I was really surprised how heavy duty and this cable attachment is. It weighs, I think, a bit over five pounds. So it is heavier than my other attachments that came with my BodyCraft Galena. It fits perfect and I was able to crank out plenty of really good reps. I really enjoyed the workout. I attached it on the pulley overhead and on the lower one, as well. It's nice to have different attachments because it gives me variety. I am a small person but I did not find it hard to handle at all. It is solid and well made. The rubber handles are comfortable, too. This was a very good value for such a quality cable attachment.
