Is this mask comfortable to wear?

Yes, it’s comfortable because you have adjustable straps for the ears. My 7 yr old grandson wore it when he forgot his mask& found it comfortable when I adjusted the straps to size. Also the wire over the nose helps too

Are these cut down around the eyes so that vision isn’t hampered?

Yes, they have a wire in the area around the nose so you can shape it the way you want. They are cut down as well. I haven’t had any problems with my vision being hampered. They’re actually very comfortable.

Is it good for a woman with a small face?

Yes. I bought them for my husband as he likes Perry Ellis. They are quite small on his face and would seem just right for a woman.
