Excellent Helpful for senior dog
Helps my senior dog to get up easier, he walks normal with it. I thought the smaller grip pattern won't work, it sure works better for him and it is on both sides of the sock. He accepted it and keeps it on all day. Hand wash everyday to keep up. 6 pairs for this price and the size was better fitted than a different brand we got before.

Great for elderly dogs
They work great for my elderly dog on our tile floors. Couple of small issues though. The Velcro strap breaks if you aren’t careful. I just super glued it back together. These would be better if the anti-slip area was all the way around and to the strap because they slip down slightly. I am ordering a size smaller to see if that helps.Like others have said, be mindful not to secure the strap too tight so it doesn’t cut off circulation. I try to loosen the strap for 15 minutes every couple of hours.

Like Bombas for dogs! Well made, stays put, even on a dog with short legs (just fold the top)!
These dog socks are made much better than I expected! Stretchy, soft, well made, they remind me of Bombas socks... but for dogs. ;)Purchased these because our sweet girl, a 25 lb beagle mix (vets think she’s Beagle corgi/basset or may have a form of dwarfism) developed an interdigital furnuncle (a wound between her toes), but our vet didn’t have any immediate openings for an appointment. They suggested I cover her foot with a sock until we could come in. Purchased a size Medium and they stay on much better than the human footie sock + elastic bandage method we initially attempted!Since our girl has big paws for her size but very short legs, the size medium fits the paw footbed area perfectly, but is more like a thigh high. ;) So we secure the elastic Velcro band (not too tight— be careful!), then fold down the top of the sock over the band. She’s very picky about “wearing things,” but after a day or so, she completely adjusted to wearing a sock. The socks don’t slow her down at all— just like she normally does, she’ll get the zoomies, hump her bed, use her front paws (one of which is now sock covered) just like little hands to hold her bones or toys for chewing.Since using the socks for the last week, her foot is already 99% better! She can’t chew or lick the area effectively while wearing the sock, this allows us to apply some Rx mupriocin antibiotic ointment several times a day without worrying that she’ll ingest the ointment or re-infect the wound by licking. She could probably wear them outdoors just fine, but we’ve opted to remove them during her walks and at bedtime. First thing in the am and after walks, I’ll check her wound and reapply the antibiotic with a fresh clean sock (having 6 comes in handy!). The socks wash up really well, too— I just hand wash in the bathroom sink, then hang to dry.I would definitely recommend these for any dog who is suffering from paw injuries or infections, or for older or disabled dogs who need the stability of a non-slip bootie. Since our dog is a senior dog with a loooong body (which means she’s more prone to having spinal issues) and confirmation issues, after her wound heals we plan to hang on to these for any future needs she may have. One IMPORTANT thing: Be sure not to secure the elastic/Velcro strap too tightly— I inadvertently put the sock on too tightly once, and after several hours, removed it and noticed that her paw was swollen, and she had a bit of an indent from the band around her leg. I felt awful about it! So now I test the fit of the strap by making sure I can still slip my pinkie finger inside the sock (just barely!), which is tight enough to stay on, but not so tight that it would feel uncomfortable or cause any circulation issues. Like with anything you put on your dog, be sure to check the fit frequently, and frequently remove and check for any signs of irritation or discomfort.

Perfect for My Whippet’s Sore Paw, But Only Received 4 Instead of 6
I bought the EXPAWLORER Anti-Slip Dog Socks to help protect my whippet’s paw while it heals from a sore, and in that sense, they’ve been really helpful. The socks stay on fairly well, provide good traction on our floors, and keep my dog from licking the irritated spot. They seem comfortable enough that he doesn’t fuss with them too much, which is a big win. That said, I was disappointed that the package only included 4 socks instead of the advertised 6. Since consistency and having extras matter—especially with an active dog—that was a letdown and the main reason for the lower rating.Overall, the product itself works well and does what it’s supposed to, but the packaging/count issue was frustrating. If they fix that, I’d rate these much higher.

Good product, runs very small in the cuff.
They are well made and seem to be quite high quality knit fabric. And they are very cute. But in the design, there is little to almost zero stretch in the cuff. I couldn't even get it over my dog's foot and he isn't very big. I ordered a small. I think I would have to have at least a large. I regret they don't serve my purpose. I am going to return them. But I do think they would work if I could get it on him.

Changed my Deaf Old English sheepdog’s life (for however long she has❤️)
Let me start out by saying I never write reviews, like maybe I’ve written one or two and I think about writing them, but I never actually get around to it because I’m chronically stressed with trying to stay alive in this superb world we are all living in.Anyways, my 11 year old deaf OES(my everything) was diagnosed with Rocky Mountain spotted fever after months of trying to figure out what was going on, thousands were spent. Which PSA, If you’re dog is acting weird and you don’t know why, definitely advocate for a well done tick panel. We just kept being told she was “old” and $4,000 later, I was actually correct, there was something wrong with my sweet girl and it happened to be a really rare case of Rocky Mountain spotted fever. She had lost the ability to run or really walk well. She can do her short walk in the morning but that’s really it. She’s been on steroids for 2 months and Doxycycline for 2 months and some holistic meds, I’ve tried everything. She last weekstarted not being able to get up and I thought this was it. After a few days i just thought maybe she could try shoes or socks, just maybe it was our hard wood floors instead of the “end times” (as the vet had suggested, and it still may be, I’m not disregarding what the vet said.) They are a very good vet and have been with her since she was a puppy. Take care of your vets by the way, tell them how appreciative you are of them no matter what. That is an unbelievably hard job. You cannot imagine. Now to the actual review of the product, sorry😅... Once I put these socks on my girl she instantly had more confidence! She’s been following me around, begging for food and getting on the couch like she used to, she seems to have instantly way more quality of life. And I have to say the little “VELCRO® Brand”(that’s how they want you to say it) straps, are a game changer! They really help keep the socks on. For my last OES, the socks I had gotten for him when he got older kept falling off and I think it’s because they didn’t have the straps and these ones do! Thank you to this company for giving my sweet old girl back her independence, it is the first really good thing to have happened in a while and I cannot recommend these socks enough! I got the XL ones which fit perfectly but we’re snug and my dog is only 80 lbs so I think for a dog bigger than that you might have a harder time they do stretch a decent amazing though!

Quality of Life Improvers - Update with negative feedback
Update on 12/03/2021: I ordered a second set of 6 of these, and I'm now changing my rating to 2 stars based on how different these socks are from the first set. The first thing I notices was that the M size was noticeably smaller than the first set. I decided to try them out any way and placed 2 of them on my dog's rear paws (I used the remaining two from the original purchase on his front paws). The measurements are smaller than the product's description for them. After two weeks, my dog's claws pokes a hole in each of the two rear socks. After two and a half weeks, the rubber on the rear socks was 75% gone, so I reversed them. A half week later the second side was losing rubber. The front socks are still perfect. Either the company has substantially lowered quality and shrunk the size to save money, or the second set was counterfeit - both issues are common with Chinese-based companies nowadays. Whichever the reason, I can no longer recommend these. My daughter bought these for our dog to help him stand on his own. He's getting old and had trouble making it form a lying position to a standing position on our tile and wood floors. He would be out of breath sometimes, and other times would just give up after trying for a couple of minutes. These socks did the trick. He now springs up with little effort. The socks are not the easiest to get on and take some practice. Also, a pair will only last about two months when used continuously (they only come off for walks outside). I would suggest buying two sets of 6 socks. That will get you by for about half a year. I also advice you to only use them indoors and wash them every two weeks or so. As some have said, the socks do slip off from time to time, but it's usually just one or two of them, so your dog will still have at least a couple of socks to help his/her grip.In all, these socks have been a wonderful solution to my old fella's issue.

Best solution so far...
For us, this is the best solution so far for our two senior dogs who are having trouble with strength and steadiness, and unable to grip the floor. We've tried the toenail grips, the paw grips, etc. Toe grips stay on better than the paw grips, but are difficult to remove and replace (they are adhered with crazy-glue!), and the traction is just ok. Paw grips (the ones that glue on to the dogs paw pads) cause a lot of work because you must remove all the hair between the pads and they don't remain on for long after getting wet.... and besides, who wants all this glue on their dogs paws? These anti slip socks go on/off easily and grip well. They are breathable, unlike the rubber booties. They stay on pretty well (when one comes off we just put it back on - learning curve on how tight to make the velcro) and both dogs have no issues wearing them. Every several days (when our pets seem stable enough) I take one of the socks off for a few hours or more, leaving the other 3 on, and rotate the four paws throughout the week, to give each paw a break and some extra air. During more difficult weeks, all four stay on at all times and it doesn't seem to be a problem. If your dog doesn't give you a hard time at all about putting them on (one of our dogs fights us a little!) - an even better solution for breaks is to take them off now-and-then when they are sleeping. If your dog has long hair, it's best to cut the hair on the paws and ankle area as short as you can. I didn't do this at first and the hair matted after awhile. That has not been a problem since cutting. The only complaint I have with these socks (4 stars) is the dog's nails eventually break through the front (understandable). It would be great if the company could reinforce that area. I feel it is well worth taking a few minutes to mend them because I'd rather my dogs be comfortable and not have things glued to their paws or nails. I also bought a couple sets to wash/ wear/ mend, etc. Since you get 6 socks to a set, if you purchase 2 sets, you will actually have 3 full changes of socks for your dog (12 socks total). For size reference - we have Wheaton Terriers and size medium was perfect. I did measure as instructed and it worked well. Again, each grip solution has its pros and cons. I am very happy with this solution and would highly recommend! Hope this was helpful!

Excellent buy for senior dog
My senior dog is able to stabilise and walk freely around the house after putting the socks on.

Bien cosidos y buena calidad. Velcro fácil de poner y atar.

Great dog socks!
My poodle has regular problems with his nails, and to stop him licking his itchy or painful feet we put socks on him at times. He often personally requests it - he literally picks these up and brings them to me sometimes, asking me to put them on, so I suppose he must think they're comfortable and provide adequate protection for his paws. Unfortunately, he sometimes changes his mind so when he wants them off, he'll sometimes start ripping them off, which often destroys other socks I've tried in no time. But so far these have lasted nicely and have allowed me time to help him get them off before he destroys them, showing their solid quality and resistance to falling off. I haven't felt the need to use the provided Velcro straps. Last but not least, they look really cute! For me, the price is quite reasonable. But that's because he usually only needs to wear one at once. If you wanted to put four on at once, they may not last as long and provide as much value.

Absolutely a lifesaver!
Four days ago, all four paws of my fur baby Maya were injured by a groomer who shaved too deeply between the pads, and she couldn’t help restlessly licking one after another. I ordered two packs of these socks in two sizes since her front paws are much larger than her back ones. Shipping took two days internationally, but it was absolutely worth the wait.I’ve tried so many brands on Maya, and these are by far the best paw protectors - soft, secure, and effective at preventing licking and scratching. I was impressed by the quality the moment I took them out of the package. It’s usually hard to convince Maya to wear anything on her paws, but once I got her front socks on, she walked to the stairs and tested them on. Then she came back to me, calmly waiting for the back ones, the whole process went smoothly without any struggle. As soon as Maya had all four on, I finally felt confident enough to remove the cone from her neck. She’s been extremely stressed and exhausted post-grooming, but this product brought her real relief. She adjusted in under a minute and genuinely seems happy wearing them. Highly recommended!
