When you first plug this fan in to charge it, should any lights appear?

How do I charge the battery’s? Will they come with a charging case?

First of all this is a brilliant fan! I take mine to work each day. When I get home I charge it up, it comes with a USB cable. Plug one end into the fan located on its side and the other into the plug you use when recharging your iPhone 📱 and away you go ! The lights on the front will flash on and off when charging and stay on when fully charged. Easy !

Is the battery replaceable? Is it an AA battery?

I've never changed the battery. Charge via USB cable.
