A great book. I borrowed a colleagues and thought it was one I really needed to own.My only suggestion for the 7th edition would be to recognise that general practice is increasingly provided by roles other than a GP. ACPs, first contact Physiotherapists, Clinical Pharmacists etc. Without us there would be no general practice.

This is undoubtably the best book to help look out of the box for common presentations in the medical world both primary and secondary care
