Works exactly as advertised. Would make an excellent pre-workout or something. Wish they offered some in a smaller dose though, (around 700mg would be great) heart feels like i drank a whole pot of coffee. I will be braking these down into powder and repacking at a lower dosage.

While concerns exist about the potential risks of inhaling fine silica dust (a different form of exposure leading to silicosis), the safety of silica dioxide in food is supported by scientific studies, though some agencies are calling for more specific characterization of the additive's particle size. I don't blame Amazon for refusing a Return for this reason, therefore. As I mature in life, I have come to realize that many a people are just outright inclined to protest everything despite scientific evidence to efficacy. I have been complaining about ever increasing fatigue and mental fogginess to my PCP for well over a decade now. Going on thyroid supplements just barely made a dent that allowed me to force myself through everyday. I haven't had any extra energy to sustain so much as a hobby. I started taking these a few weeks ago with very low expectations. The difference was immediate and dramatic. I don't know that it gives me more energy so much as it helps me use my energy effectively. Cutting out the brain fog alone let's me make and carry through plans without having to double and triple check at every step for those details I have forgotten or missed. I don't even know how much time I save just not having to search my mind for the next responsibility that isn't fufilled. I am finally finding time to work in the garden. The only reason I don't think it's creating new energy that wasn't there is that, after a fully energized and productive day, I am completely exhausted when bedtime arrives. I close my eyes and almost immediately fall into a deep and restful sleep without waking up several times before the alarm goes off. That seems to me to be exactly how a healthy body should function. I might also point out that I only take caffeine after a morning dose if it's necessary to function and I have more than halved my caffeine consumption. I should note that I had a couple of days where I was a bit constipated in the first week. It is so rare for me that it was likely a response to this, but by the end of the week everything was running smoothly again. If you are just starting these, give it a little time if you can bear through these side effects your body might just be adjusting

We believe that these are very beneficial to our health. We've been using them for a while and definitely notice a difference in our well-being.

This is a potent, high quality supplement, but it must be used with caution. I've taken one capsules a day for the 3 days since I received it, and it causes kidney pain. I can't risk taking it any longer. This is not the species of codyceps that is kidney protective, this one is quite the opposite according to case reports in Thailand. If you have even mild kidney impairment, this supplement is a hard pass. Be careful.

I’ve tried many supplements over the years and never quite sure whether they actually work. I train Jiu Jitsu and anytime I’ve taken a couple of these an hour or so before class, I always perform at my best. Considerable difference in my cardio to the point I sometimes feel like the whole class was a warm up as opposed to a high intensity workout. Could be placebo but either way, these seem to be the best and most effective supplements I’ve ever had. I only take them on days that I’m training.
