I love the idea of this. Unfortunately it’s hard to use and to maneuver and doesn’t create better results that anything that could be done a lot easier

I have had an apparent window I haven’t been able to clean since I moved it! This product worked awesome!!!!! Soooo happy I purchased this! Worked great for me!!

I found the video deceiving in that when it scrubbed the glass it had no dripping. You get a LOT of dripping even when I tried just spraying the pads instead of soaking them. I just used vinegar and water and it cleaned well but every time I turned it the pads dripped down the side that I had just done and going over it did not remove all the drips. Still, it did a pretty good job though not perfect. Also, the wrist holder did not come looped and I had a difficult time trying to get the rope through the tiny hole to make a loop as it kept fraying. I put nail polish on the end and once dried I could do it but still with difficulty. Remember to put the pegs for the pads in vertically and then twist them to the horizontal position to keep them tight. When removing, twist them back to the vertical position and tug gently to pull the pads up. I think I'll like it once I can get the drips under control so for right now I gave it 4 stars. I will try a lot less fluid next time. Instructions were very iffy and the translation into English was horrible. And do watch your hands! as the magnet it strong. Even with the warning, I snapped my hand at first.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a waste of my money time and energy.1. Looks like its used2. Just opened the thing and tried to adjust the dial and mess with it so i can know what im doing at time of use. The adjustment magnetic dial stopped turning and wont adjust to a lower setting so now it stuck on level 5. Dont waste your $$ on this um starting a return process now....smh...Now hopefully that wont be so hard as trying to use this item..And to charge this much for this item..im appauled.. this is like a .99 store 2nd hand item..smh.Charging $43 total this item shud have worked.Update 8/11/20So they sent me another( the company) and im thrilled. Now i can Say this is worth the $$. It didnt looked scratched n the dial moved.i used it on my windows its pretty cool does a good job. Now let me get back to foing these windows with this this..it sure does make it easier to clean them. Im vry impressed at how the company contacted me to correct the wrongs. Thats a plus in my book..thank you again

Today during a rainstorm I opened my blinds & watched through beautifully clean windows. It really is a great product with one heck of a powerful magnet. I have done power washing, squeegeeing, & hanging outside my 3rd story windows only to have missing spots & streaks. That won’t ever happen again. Please use caution when using on your windows & check your windows for any cracks or imperfections. If you’re windows are damaged in any way & you adjust the magnet too high, you will probably break the glass. Adjust the magnet settings until you have enough retention to hold it in place. At that point increasing the magnet strength WILL NOT make the windows any cleaner, because it doesn’t work by force. Me dreading washing my windows & having OCD is a terrible thing, but now I’m cleaning my windows every 2 weeks with ease. Do not hesitate to buy this for yourself & as a gift.

My husband loves this tool ! It made our windows so clean & he even brought it to his moms to do her windows !

I live in 2nd floor apartment with screens that I can’t remove. The windows had been covered in pollen and green algae. The cleaner worked exceptionally well. The trick is to make sure you lead with the point because the back has the squeegee to wipe. Start from the top of the window and work your way down. Worked great.
