I am looking for a re-chargeable 2.7 volt battery, I recieved 2 headlights without batteries.  They require two 2.7 volt batteries.

I don't understand your question the way you have worded it. What is it you want to know? Are you asking if there are 1.5v Panasonic batteries that come with chargers for them? If so, the answer is: I'm not aware of any. Here's why: 1.5v batteries are either alkaline cells or the even older carbon-zinc cells. Neither of these types of batteries are considered rechargeable. The kit your question is connected to is based on NiMH technology, and those cells are charged to 1.2v. Depending on your application, if it's now using carbon-zinc or alkaline cells at 1.5v, usually you can substitute NiCd or the longer lasting NiMH cells. NiCd batteries cost a good deal less than NiMH, but need to be recharged more frequently and don't hold their charge as long as NiMH. For me, NiMH is the best choice considering the lifespan, charge retention and cost of the individual cells. Hopefully, you find the answer you're looking for somewhere in my answer.

Can you charge regular eneloop aa (non-PRO) in this charger?

I cannot speak for Panasonic, but you should be able to charge standard Eneloop AA & AAA batteries with the included charger. The difference between the two series of batteries is not in the charger, it's in the batteries. Both types of batteries have different capacities, meaning how long they will they will run your equipment, but they do carry the same voltage charge. So the charger will charge both types of batteries to the same voltage level; the difference will be how long it takes to fully charge the standard batteries compared to the "Pro" batteries.
