Beyond grateful
I am beyond grateful and impressed of this supplement. I’ve bought other bladder related supplements for my senior dog and it failed. This on the other hand, showed pleasantly different. I bought this July 4th 2025, and knew it would take some time to show true results. I have a 13 year old , female dachshund, and she up until this past year, shown signs of lack of holding her bladder. She was my gold star of letting me know she needed to potty. And when she started having accidents very frequently, I was shocked and concerned. At first I thought maybe infection? It wasn’t that. Then I realized aging was showing itself. I had to even buy reusable diapers which she was peeing through , multiples , everyday. I didn’t know what to do and thought that this was life now. I bought this thinking to myself “ if it doesn’t work, it is what it is and it’s not anything worse than what’s happened already.” I can say within the 3 week mark , there was a definite improvement. She wasn’t peeing her diapers every hour, and in fact, she maybe had 1 accident. Then by now not even a full month, she hasn’t had 1 accident. I truly believe this has very much improved her bladder health and ability to handle it. I am so grateful for this product. It’s pricey but worth it. My advice, give it some time. A few weeks and be consistent every day. And I do think you’ll see great improvement.

OMGOSH!!
Unbelievably great product ! our rescue dog who is a (smaller) Corso weights in around 75lbs. Of course she had to be spayed before she could come home. To my surprise i read some female dogs that have been spayed, especially heavier dogs have a leaking problem with urine. We think she is around 4 or 5 years old. We noticed that after she would run and play she would leak puddles without knowing. She takes 1 in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner. She would take it easily, but we included it in her kibble. This product has completely taken care of the issue after 2 weeks. It’s just unbelievable, we are so thankful and so is she… happy girl! Update Darn- sorry to report that her leaking bladder is reoccurring ONLY after running exercise. Although it seems to still be helping before she would leak for hours after exercise even after taking her out now she seems to have one episode. We are trying to take her out every 30 minutes for the next hour and a half or so after exercise and that is helping. Update! We increased a 1/2 x 2 day based on the directions for our dogs weight. After 3 days and running exercise we are only noticing a teeny little drip or two. So much better. I would highly highly highly recommend this product.

Very impressed so far
As a veterinary professional, I will tell you to speak to your vet about any nutraceutical you decide to give your dog. Also, as a veterinary professional, I can say these really do help. My female dog was one of the unlucky few that developed incontinence after being spayed. It is, in fact, a risk and you should ALWAYS speak to your vet about spaying and neutering your pet and not get advice online. She leaks very slowly at night when she sleeps and sometimes had PU/PD when she is overstimulated or excited. However, she is only 5 and I didn’t want to put her on any hard medications yet, so I tried these out because why not. They honestly started to work in a week, and I noticed less leakage on her bed after the night when I would usually find large puddles in the morning. She also likes the taste, and she can be picky with treats. Either way, I found these useful and they work well for now, though she does have some breakthrough leaks every now and again, but I expect that. I would say talk to your vet first, but consider these if you have a dog that has a leaky bladder or maybe just gets too excited at times and would like to consider something other than medications OR in conjunction with medications prescribed by your vet.

Works well, with unintended consequences, UPDATE
I was totally amazed how well these worked with our 11.5 year old Labrador Retriever...then she developed another unwanted issue...very loose stool. After rereading the "fine print" on the label it tells you this may happen. Stopped using the product and took 3 weeks to get my pup back to normal stools. It works, just not for our pup. To add to the above write up. This product really helped to reduce piddle accidents to zero, but as stated originally it came with some loose stools as a result. Fast forward about 4 weeks without using NaturVet. I got the loose stool corrected through diet changes, but the piddle accidents returned. So, out of an abundance of caution I re-introduced the NaturVet chews. I have only been doing 1/2 the recommended dose for the size of our dog, but so far so good...no accidents. Hopefully this will continue and not reintroduce the loose stools. This product works!

Does NOT work
This product did not work. It actually caused more issues. Unfortunately, she had an issue with her bowels when we gave her this product. She actually had ball like pieces in her piles. And had more urine issues. I would NOT recommend this product

It has helped a little
We been using it for my almost 13 year old Shih Tzu for about a month and it has helped with the accidents overnight. We still use a diaper because she can still leak a little bit. She still has accidents during the day here and there, but not as much as before. I will try something else next time if she doesn’t improve a little more, and see if I can find something that works better for her, but if not, will come back to this one.

Worked immediately!
My almost 18-year old Jack Russell started having accidents immediately after waking up. I was literally cleaning up after him several times a day. Gave him one of these chews last night – no accidents ALL DAY. I couldn’t believe it. I would come home from errands expecting another surprise, and it just wasn’t there! I had forgotten what that felt like 🥲 I know some people said it caused their doggos some constipation, but mine didn’t seem to have any problems.

Senior Female Dog Incontinence
I am writing a review for this product after using it for the past 3 months. I have a 13 year old Chihuahua/Corgi who is approx 13 lbs. The one chew/day did not work for her and the incontinence was awful for her, keeping her and I awake all night from licking. When I increased the chews to 2/day everything changed. She stopped leaking and slept through the night, it was amazing. Now, however after a longer period of her being on 2 chews/day (taken together because otherwise they don't work at the single dose) she is developing hyperglycaemic reactions and falling deeply asleep in odd places. She is under Veterinarian supervision and originally they agreed to the chews since she has an allergy to synthetic estrogen, but now however with the new symptoms, they have asked me to take her off of them and to see if there is a difference to the symptoms. It is frustrating because my dog loves these, and takes them readily and a 2 chews work so incredibly well for her, but the side effects are concerning. I will do another update in a month's time. Should anyone else have had these symptoms, please can you post them, because it is so helpful to others dog mums.
