These are not very big and there’s not a lot of padding but the fit well and do the job if you want something low key

it's effectivebut after sparring for 10 minutes it starts to hurt the back of knee cuz it's quite tight..it's recommended if you wear a rash guard.. but otherwise it will rub against the back of ur knee quite uncomfortably..i ended up taking them off mainly cuz my knees were constantly bent during training (since i do bjj) and it's all ground game... i suppose for ppl who do standup stuff it won't be as uncomfortable. I presume bending the knees makes the thing fit more tightly around ur knee...

The knee support is OK although they slide down the leg constantly so not very useful at all.

Although i am not a wrestler,I bought these to protect my knees when I am kneeling down loading my vehicle. They are fantastic for this purpose, they fit my legs well under my uniform and don't slip or move when I am working, I can wear them all day and I forget I even have them on. Fantastic product for the price. Perhaps you should advertise them for this purpose as well.

Despite buying the large size, my legs don't quite do it justice - I could barely put them on, but they do just about fit. If you have large thighs you may struggle.
