Bad screen, no warranty support.
One half of the screen on my tablet started lagging shortly after the Amazon return period ended, and has since degraded to being entirely unusable. Sometimes it will work fine for a couple minutes randomly, or after a soft reset, but eventually goes back to half the screen freezing making this tablet unusable. Since this is an old and Amazon renewed product, there’s no support from either party, and a screen replacement (if it’s even a physical screen issue and not a software issue) is worth more than the tablet. Gambled on this one and lost.

the first one we had ordered would glitch from time to time to the point where the power button wouldn’t work. but we ordered another one and haven’t had any issues so far. great deal for the price!

The sim card from my old Samsung tablet did work with this tablet. The new tablet arrived in excellent condition and setup was easy.
