Amazing Value For Money!
Was a bit worried when purchasing this as I didnt know what kind of quality this would be. Received the item after 2 days which is earlier than expected, which was a nice suprise. The package comes in 10 boxes of which 8 is mostly weights and bits and then 2 boxes of the actual frame. The machine is great quality, metal feels strong and weights are accurate after I checked their weight. Cablenis sturdy and the whole machine overall is sturdy. Our gym floor is slighty bumpy so I did have to adjust the legs to position it flat one the floor for stability which did make some of the screws harder to put together up the machine onnthat side but not impossible. Had to buy 2 spanner sets due to sizes. Used 17mm and 15mm heads for the screws that comenwith this. The 17mm is fine for average spanner sets from screwfix, but 15mm dont come in most affordable ones so used some pliers for those which is fine but thought to note for others. Was worried on instructions as a lot of people mentioned this and on the identical item website but honestly its not that bad. Yea you got to work it out a little bit but its about a 4 stage process to put together and once you get the hang of it, its easy enough. Did need the second person for the middle part, no way around it in all honesty but the middle part isnt heavy so not too bad. The item itself is great, cables move well. The middle bar which the pin goes into can get little stuck on the way back down is the weight is pulled high enough and the pole comes out of the weights but then you just let the weight go down quicker and it slides back in totally fine. This item is great, worth every penny! If you are making a home gym and dont want to spend over £1000 on a machine then this is your item. Love it!

Cross cable machine
Amazing piece of kit. Great value for money. Took 4 hours to build. I was lucky I could lay everything out in sun outside. Was going into the garage. Instructions aren’t step by step. So needs to be looked at. Did it on my own with exception of the middle bar which needed someone to hold while I bolted it. You need a ratchet set and set of spanner’s.

Cable cross over
Sturdy , good quality peice of kit, relatively inexpensive. I would advise reading instructions a couple of times before starting and lay all the peices out beforehand. Assembly took 3 hours on my own, except for 5 mins putting the top cross beam on which needs 2 people.

Brilliant!
Fantastic bit of equipment! It’s easy to set up, I done it all on my own. I’d recommend putting aside an afternoon/evening to build, as it’ll take a few hours at least (although I didn’t rush and made double sure everything was in the right place before fully tightening at each stage). I’d recommend getting the height of the pulley that’s attached to the weight stack correct before tightening the screws, by making sure there’s enough slack for the final pulley to go in place). Great bit of kit once up and running, and as big as it is, doesn’t actually take up too much floor space. I bought as a final piece of equipment for my home gym, as the ones at my local gyms were always occupied and rare to get a chance to use, yet there’s tons of different exercises for all main areas of the body, that you can utilise it for. So a very worthy investment indeed. Pulleys are smooth and it’s definitely a “once built it’s going nowhere” kind of sturdy. Totally recommend!!

Very good value for money
Although good value the instructor Manuel is absolutely useless, because the diagrams are of no use as complicated and confusing. It's trial and error to put product together... Once built its a very good piece of gym equipment to use.

If you're on the fence, read this
Still Undecided? Read This I decided to build a home gym to do most of my workouts at home and avoid the hassle of waiting for a cable machine at the gym. However, cable machines can be quite expensive, often costing thousands Although I had the funds, I opted to try a more affordable option and take the risk. Initially, I had three main concerns: 1. Price and Durability: The manufacturer reduces costs by making the weight plates more affordable. Despite this, they work perfectly and go up to 90kg on each side. Once I started using them, I couldn't tell the difference. This is not something to worry about at all, they are just thicker than average plates, and go up in increments of 6kg. Just trust me, it's not as bad as other people make it out. 2. Stability: Ensure you have a level floor, as the machine can shake a bit. Once I placed it on even flooring and secured every screw, it became stable. Adding the chin-up bar made the machine even more solid. The engineering is impressive—the chin-up bar acts as a support, making exercises like face pulls stable and supported by the bar and the second cable machine. 3. Instructions for Assembly: The instructions are not beginner-friendly and use a reference system. However, once understood, they make sense. Build one machine first and plan where the second one will go. Once the plates are loaded, it's nearly impossible to move. Measure the chin-up bar placement before adding plates; I realised my machines were too close together. With laminate flooring, I tilted one machine, put chains underneath, and budged it a few times, and slid it into place. Proper planning is crucial. You'll also need the right tools, including a spanner set and a ratcheting screwdriver. Questions I Wish I Had Answers For Q1). Is it worth the money? - Yes, 100%. 2. Is it cheap? - No. This is hard to convey in words, but once you build it, you'll be very satisfied. It's not a commercial cable machine, but it gets the job done and is solid. 3. How long did it take to set up? - Since I didn’t have the tools initially, it took me a bit longer: - Day 1: Figuring out the pieces - Day 2: Buying the necessary tools, and building machine #1 - Day 3: Building the second machine - Day 4: Sliding them into place and attaching the chin-up bar I did this all on my own, but with 2-3 people helping, you can do it in 3-5 hours max. Q4). Be honest, what don't you like about it?** - The instructions. They took me some time to understand, but honestly, once you build one, everything clicks, and you won’t need the instructions again. 5. Can you adjust the pulley heights? - No, This was a huge concern for me before buying it. The pulley system doesn't adjust; you have one pulley at the top and one at the bottom. However, for all my workouts, I either have it at the very top or the very bottom, so it didn’t matter. The only workout I couldn't do was mid-level face pulls, but if you get a stool and stand on it, you can achieve the right height. This is the only workaround needed. Conclusion Now that I have the machine set up, I have zero regrets. All the reviews on here are a bit random, but I hope I’ve answered all the concerns. The machine is rock solid, really well-engineered, and you will not regret it. For the price, functionality, engineering, design, and durability, it deserves 5 stars. I could have given it 4 stars due to the instructions, but that feels harsh because, honestly, once you work through them, it's not rocket science. The non-adjustable pulleys were a concern, but you might miss out on only 1 or 2 workouts since most cable exercises are done with the pulley at the very top or bottom anyway. All this for £450—you cannot go wrong.
