A few years ago I bought two sets of these candles and I use them for Christmas. This year I’ve purchased a third set. I love these candles that much. They are subtle but provide a lovely ivory glow with a hint of fairy lights. For the price, you can’t beat them. Yes, you can set them on a timer which is the usual way I use them. There’s also a remote controller, but I don’t mind going through my house and turning in or off candles. Pro tip - after using them, make sure to remove the batteries and, as they are actual wax, store them in a climate controlled space. Living in central Texas, I do not store them in the garage or attic as they might not be so good in way over 100 degree heat for months at a time.

These candles are REALLY lovely! Very nice quality and beautiful lighting (not weak/unnatural-looking like some flameless candles)! I didn't think I'd use the remote provided, but since I've put the candles in different locations, it comes in handy! The flickering looks like a real candle as does the wax exterior. The delicate "fairy light" wrap-around strand adds a wonderful elegance, too... Absolutely worth the price!

I hesitated to purchase these candles last year which was a mistake! These are real wax and I can't believe how real the flame looks and the tiny lights wrapped around the candles are just splendid. I have these displayed under a three foot ornament hanger that has 30 of my favorite ornaments and they light up the ornaments so beautifully. I did try to take a picture, but I couldn't get one to capture their beauty. The candles are very well wrapped to protect them and the remote that comes with them couldn't be easier to use. I hope my review helps someone if you're on the fence about purchasing these.

Absolutely stunning. They work very well and are just as pictured. The remote functions perfectly and you can choose solid or flickering/candle mode. Both are beautiful. I love the timer function and it works great. Has multiple brightness settings as well. Would definitely purchase again.

Purchased 8 sets of these for my nephews rehearsal dinner. One set, as far as I know, did not entirely function (tall candle did not light up). Very nice concept when they all work properly. Created a nice ambiance with the fairy lights. They are wax. The candle flame is realistic and when turned on they look like real candles. Packaged very well. We had to manually flip the ON/OFF switch to manually turn the candles on and then we could use the remote to turn them off. We found the remote worked best in close proximity to each set of candles. The bride/groom and guests wanted to take the other sets home with the flowers and did. When the ballroom lights were dimmed the candles created a very nice romantic ambiance. This is the only set that had a malfunction that I know of. Not sure if I'll buy another set to replace as they can chew up batteries and not sure about long term reliability. Overall quite pleased. Beautiful for the event!

We love candles but are afraid of the potential fire hazard so these battery operated ones are the perfect substitute. Not only do they look real, but the subtle flickering lights create the right ambience and the led string lights add a magical touch. The convenient remote control makes it easy to turn them on and off all at once rather than having to fiddle with the switch on each candle separately. Overall a great buy!
