Not sturdy during workout. Bands are too short. Risk of breaking, so I returned it. Will seek out a much strongly made one, if it exist!

I’m very dissatisfied with it .
I wasn’t expecting much so I wasn’t disappointed.This fell apart on me after just a few stretches. The bands didn’t break but I hardly had a chance to use it .The right foot holder fell apart . I was thinking of getting a better one , but not right away.

Just the best.. best thing I have ever used to slim my stomach . I can tell it's working . Very easy to use . I don't feel like I'm struggling to work out . There is no need to do sit ups again. Great quality and I like the price .

Is it safe for the ab exercise on TikTok?
It is kind of cheap looking and feels like it might break easily. I also noticed when I was using it to do the leg lift ab exercise, as seen on TikTok, my back was occasionally tingling. It felt like nerve pain in my lower back. I hope the exercise is safe and I hope it really works to help me lose my chunky belly.
