Does this fit M14/M1A?

Probably. Depends how high the scope is mounted. I would try to find a tie on pad rather than drill holes in your stock. That would kill resale value.

So this is a solid aluminum cheek riser, is that correct? And is it one size fits all or do i give you the thickness of my stock?

It's definitely not Kydex. China doesn't have Kydex material... Kydex is Made in the USA (Trademarked) & shipping Kydex to China would be extremely expensive. It's probably just cheap abs or pvc plastic that will deform in the sun & degrade over time. It's a knock-off, you get what you pay for

It's just Kydex. Same material as holsters.
