Top quality
Never been disappointed with Thomas Keller cookbooks. Beautiful book and recipes. I have tried a few recipes and so far works beautifully. Get the full Thomas Keller collection. Being in Europe, I wish the measurement would come in metric system

Where are the Blini's
Keller is a Master. I already have a hard copy of both books. However the Kindle version seems to have recipes missing.

Un excelente libro, Tengo la colección de libros de Thomas Keller y como siempre son grandes libros, de una excelente calidad. Las recetas no son sencillas de replicar en casa como por ejemplo en el caso del libro ad hoc at home, sin embargo son recetas de gran valía e inspiración para algún platillo.
