I was looking for a liquid vitamin supplement to take as many tablet forms have bulking agents and are quite big. This supplement has an array of vitamins plus amino acids and other goodness. It tastes great, almost a little fiery like ginger, but very nice. It’s easy to take and I look forward to drinking every morning. I’ve been taking it for almost a week now and I feel much more energised when I wake up (I work 12 hour shifts) so energy is very much needed! Also you can take on an empty stomach and it won’t irritate you, this is a problem with some supplements. All in all I am very satisfied and I will be purchasing again.

Firstly, it's important to know why I chose this product - Having had cancer surgery - Ivor Lewis Oesophagectomy - two stage, Eating and swallowing has been a challenge for me. and these days, the stricture in the throat has become smaller so even small vitamin tablets (if there is such a thing!!) often get stuck and cause great discomfort. Searching for a full spectrum liquid multi vitamin product led me to this and I am mightyly pleased with it. From the quality (from Sweden) to the fullest spectrum of ingredients have exceeded my most demanding of expectations. Easy to use (just swallow!!), pleasant taste, excellent price for a months supply and incredible ingredients - from multivitamins and minerals to amino acids and superfoods. I am very pleased and will buy again. Thank you Nutrality for relieving my morning swallowing discomfort. Woohoo!!

I think this liquid multivitamin is rather good .....Over the last few months I’ve been taking a few vitamin supplements, Vit B and C and also zinc and magnesium. I was about to search for Lutein to add to the array of bottles on my shelf when I fell upon this Liquid Multivitamin. I realise that I have had enough of all the bottles and pills and never being quite sure if there is something missing from the mix. I find it tedious assembling tablets and remembering to take them morning and night so that just necking back 15ml of this is a doddle. I like another reviewer’s suggestion of diluting with sparkling water! On a more serious note, I am very interested in many of the other vitamins and super greens in this product and I know they are really good valuable additions to my diet. Green tea, broccoli powder, spirulina, alfalfa, red beet powder and many of the amino boosters. I have tried super greens powder as a supplement on its own and it is quite hard to find a pleasant way of taking it ..... There is so much to read out there about diet and why many of our foods nowadays lack the vital things our bodies need that I am now more accepting of the need for supplements from time to time. Keep eating good veg though too ..... Supplements have to be taken alongside exercise, we all know that but sometimes it is good to make a start by exploring the gaps in our diets and seeing what might give us a boost. Hopefully then it encourages us to get out there and run around a bit too. Or even walk or cycle. It’ll probably be a couple of months more before I feel the full effect but it feels good to be using this multivitamin right now. And ..... I was reassured to notice that it is Made In Sweden!

My son did not like it, found it too sweet but mind you I'm not sure if I will be able to find one that's not as sweet. I also tested it and I couldn't see myself taking it for more than a week due to it's flavour. But I hope it works.

Excellent multivitamin drink that contains pretty much every essential vitamins plus more! The initial few tastes are a little bitter but it won’t take more than 3 days to get used to the taste then soon you’ll enjoy the taste! I started feeling more awake and better cognitive thinking after the first use! Very good portion size and price I have recommended the product to everyone!

A search for liquid multivitamins flagged this product and the Amazon AI reveiw said it was suitable for vegans after I posed the question. Having received the product, I noticed that it contains hydrolysed collagen, which is derived from the flesh and bones of animals, so definitely not vegan or vegetarian...

I needed a liquid multivitamin for post bariatric surgery and this looked perfect however, I'm sure others love the taste but for me it made me quite nauseous (possibly because of the surgery?). Anyway, it wasn't for me and sadly discarded down the drain, and an expensive mistake.

I recently started taking this following my struggles with finding a high quality multivitamin that was in liquid or gummy format. Prior to starting I had a private blood test carried out which showed some mild deficiencies. I started this multivitamin and had a re-test with my GP and I was genuinely shocked to find I was back within normal ranges in such a short period of time. The flavour isn't bad (tastes citrussy to me) but it is quite thick so in my mind its always going to taste worse than it actually does!! Overall, I'd highly recommend though it's worth checking the RDI's etc first as it does have very high amounts and covers a range of different vitamins, so it might not be for you.
