Exceeded my expectations
I am in my 60s, and this is the first time I ever used an inversion table. After 40+ years in the construction trades, I developed a pain in my hip area that was excruciating and would not go away. I went to a chiropractor, my primary care physician, an orthopedic specialist, a pain management doctor, and finally a neurosurgeon. In the process of seeing these doctors, I got a full set of hip x-rays done and also an MRI. It was determined I have osteoarthritis and degeneration in my back, but the MRI revealed my main problem is a pinched and displaced nerve (created by a bulging disc) in the L5-S1 area. So I started using the inversion table at 15° for 3 10 minute sessions for the first few days. Then, keeping the angle at 15°, I extended the sessions to 20 minutes. I did this for the first two weeks. And then went to 30° with 3 10 minute sessions each time per day. I began to see gradual improvement during this time period, and after using the inversion table for only three weeks, my pain is greatly alleviated to the point I actually forget about it at times. This is after being in pain for months and finding absolutely nothing that would help at all, including physical therapy sessions. My pain was so bad that for a two month period, my wife had to tie my shoes before I went to work in the morning. Yeah, I am old-school, and I tend to grit my teeth and try to continue working, even though the pain was intense. So, my thoughts on this particular inversion table: It is very well built and feels very heavy duty. Assembly took several hours, and the instructions are not too hard to follow. It functions well and adjusts to your particular needs very easily. The only thing I would change if possible is the foot release lever. For someone who is having back or hip pain, it can be very difficult to reach over and pull on the release lever because of its shortness. If it was 12 inches or so longer, it would be nice. But in my opinion, it’s just a small annoyance. I would absolutely purchase this product again without hesitation, and would advise anyone looking to purchase an inversion table to purchase this one. I felt like the price was very reasonable for the product.

Fixed my back!
I love this inversion table. I had terrible sciatica because I walk 4 miles a day, stand at my standing work desk for hours, and go non stop. I believe I have a good core. I really didn't want to do pain pills, chiropractors, etc. I decided to give this a try. It had free shipping and free returns (although I have no idea how I would ever get it back in the box after assembling!). In the end, it was well worth the money! I wish I got it earlier. I am 5'3" and 125 pounds. My hubby is 6'1" and 195 pounds. We both use it very easily as it has simple to use height, ankle, and inversion adjustments. I keep inversion at 30 degrees where he goes to 45 degrees. We both started slowly day 1 at 2 minutes, day 2 at 5 minutes and so on. We both after several weeks only do about 10 minutes a day. That does the trick. My sciatica was gone by day 3. My lower back issues took a bit longer. I think it was because the act of inversion takes your back getting used to and like any muscle, joint, or disk needs time to begin healing. I would say lower back pain was gone by week 1 and I keep getting stronger. We keep it in our guest room for now. It is not a small machine and holds up to 350 pounds and a person up to 6'6". It can "fold" up a bit and fit in our large guest room closet but would never fit under the bed due to the inversion side handle bars. I chose this model for its stretch bars overhead and happy it has that feature. It is good for stretching but also a nice place to hang your hands (or your phone when upside down). The assembly took my husband and me 1.5 hours. It wasn't difficult but we did go slow on purpose to make sure everything was lined up and tightened up correctly. The only missing instruction was on step 1 with the side plates. It shows in the pictures and in the parts tray but not specifically in the worded instructions. We had to go backwards a step to add. As long as you read the instructions and check your work, the assembly was easier than I expected after reading reviews. All in all, I give this product a 5 star review all around. There is nothing I don't appreciate....price, quality, and effectiveness.

Good, heavy… but still good
Works perfectly. It’s definitely not something you can pick up by yourself unless you lift lots of weight (could throw out your back just shifting it) so it’s relatively heavy. Husband and I both used it and helped release a lot of the tension in our backs! installation was pretty easy, I was able to put it together without much help as the instructions were easy to follow. I’d say it’s worth the money and the comfort of your back.

Well engineered, better built than expected
It's well engineered with a pivot system that makes it very easy to get up and down by just bending your knees and putting your arms down by your waist or grabbing the handles and gently pulling. Steel is thicker than I had expected but nowhere close to overbuilt just better than most chinese products. Was missing a pin that holds the ankle support on but they gave a full refund instead of just sending the dang pin so a hardware store bolt and nut and drilling the rest of the way through the other side of the tubing to hold it on for a buck works for me even if it looks goofy since it doesn't match anything else on it. Has a wide range of adjustments for height, I'm 6'4" and it will adjust for people several inches taller than me and for people under 5' tall. Got my back to pop and vertebra to align for the first time since my accident 5 years ago and has offered some pain relief.
