Would these be a good choice for squatting and rack pulls also, or would you recommend a different shoe for all of the exercises

They can be used for squats, etc if you have good mobility, i.e. you can squat well with bare feet. If you have trouble reaching depth or keeping the back somewhat upright, you would probably benefit from a traditional weightlifting shoe with a solid raised heel.

Will these work for squatting movements as well as deadlifting?. Definitely not for use on leg press machines?.

Some lifters prefer a regular weightlifting shoe with a raised heel for squats. It really depends on your personal preference, ability to reach depth on the squat without a heel and general mobility. If you can squat fine in bare feet, then the SABO DL's will work. They are great for the leg press machine.

How are these for squats?

They have no heel, but I prefer squatting on a flat sole. I love them!
