Very cute door mat.. We have bought a couple of these mats, because we love them so much. They still look good after a couple of years. Then I tend to take the front door one and move it to the back door, because after a couple of years it does fade a bit.

Good quality mat

Let me start by saying the customer service experience I had with this company deserves 5 stars also. When my rug arrived, the shipping box was fine but the box the rug came in had a whole in it, which created a small tear on the back of the rug. While the damage to the rug was minimal (it was on the PVC backing so you couldn't see it unless you looked really hard once it was right side up), I was pissed that someone saw the damage and decided to package it and mail it to me anyway. When I received the standard follow-up email, I replied that I was disappointed that a damaged product was shipped to me and sent them a photo of the rug. They promptly apologized and sent me a replacement rug. They even followed up a while later to let me know that they had reviewed their practices to make sure it won't happen again. Kudos to the company for caring about their customer experience and following up! Now onto the rug. I waited a few weeks before reviewing because I wanted to give it a whirl for a while. Overall I'm very pleased with the rug. It did shed the first week or so but after some good shakes it got better. It's very sturdy and can hold up to rough wiping. I'm remodeling a house inside and out so my shoes can be pretty dirty when I come it. So far this rug has been able to handle the work and look good in the process.

(update 11-12-22) My previous review was a little bit harsh. When it arrived, chunks were missing and falling out, however after having this door Mat in use for a long time, it's holding up very well, and it cleans the bottom of the shoes much better than any other mat. So overall, I am quite pleased with this product, even though it wasn't perfect to start out with. The benefits of the stiff bristles and the long lasting quality, outweighs my initial disappointment. It's like brushing the bottom of peoples shoes. It keeps the house cleaner from visitors entering the home. (previous review) Brittle and crunchy. Fibers falling out. Way overpriced for such poor quality. If I would have seen it in the Dollar Store, I would have left it behind. It’s really that bad.

Looks great on our front door!! Heavy duty for being outside

I bought this a few months ago and it is holding up well. I did pick it up by one end to shake it and tore the backing, but I chalked that up to my error. The rug still lays flat and you can't see the tear.

This door mat is honestly great!! It was very well priced for how sturdy it is, definitely a very pleasant surprise!!

Love this mat. Lasts a long time and keeps the imprint. But dirt and dog hair get into weave and are impossible to remove.

Awesome item

Really like this mat. It had come a long way. Super colour. LOVE IT.

Nice mat, good size but does shed the fibers the mat is made of!

Exactly as described and it looks lovely outside the front door.
