AWESOME MIX OF QUALITY AND PRICE
AWESOME MIX OF QUALITY AND PRICE I bought this WiMiUS P20 projector, after searching for several days among various options. I decided on this brand and model, considering its specifications and price. And I agree with the opinions of other clients, after trying it just three nights. I am truly very satisfied and worth the additional $ 100 paid for transportation from Miami to my city (Asunciรณn, Paraguay). Especially when I remember that my Infocus X2, which I bought in 2004 (and still works, 480p) cost me $ 1,000 (from 2004) in my country. The images are very sharp, the contrast is excellent, the colors bright. I tried it with the light on, and as expected the quality drops a bit. But for the closest experience to viewing in a cinema, it is in the dark (in other words ... do you go to cinemas where the lights don't go off during the projection of the film?). And performance is exceptional in the dark or semi-dark. Seller is honest: Recommend to use in the dark. It also mentions blurring in one of the corners. But in movies, sports broadcasts and television shows, what matters is in the center of the screen and surroundings (that's how the human eye works). So that blurring for me is irrelevant. I already used as sources: a USB flash drive, an external 1Tb disk, the Fire TV Stick (not 4K) and the Deco TV. The images on Netflix in FHD are wonderful, the ones on Deco TV too. The FHD content of the pendrive and HDD, too. The only difficulty is that the projector's internal player displays the subtitles (SRT files) in a very small size and there is no way to change the size. The only way is to play on the notebook (with VLC media player for example) connected to the projector by HDMI cable. I haven't connected the notebook or blu ray player to the projector yet, but I'm sure it will work without a problem. The manual does not describe that the projector has a removable air filter. I discovered it when I opened the box, because it protruded. Gently pushed in and out of the way, pushed in again and protrudes for easy removal and cleaning. It's on the left side (the lens is on the right), near the front side. The sound from the built-in speakers is good, but my intention from the start was to connect to my 5.1 channel equipment. It is a wonderful experience! It came with all the described cables and the remote control, which allows full control of the equipment, only the focus should be done manually with the lens ring.

Great projector for gaming and movie watching overall
I have been using the projector everyday for about a week, and I'm very happy with its performance overall. This is my first projector, so I did a ton of research and comparison with other cost-effective options before my purchase. Many good reviews from Amazon and a few other websites lead me to the WiMiUS P20, and I don't regret. Image Brightness and Quality: The brightness is impressive that I can still see the image in a fair condition under daylight. The first image attached was taken at 2pm. I have 12' tall windows facing south in my living room. If I can see the image in my living room at 2pm, you should be able see it in your living room too. The other two images were taken at evening with interior lights on and off. I have the image scaled down by 30%, and the image quality is great. I can read all texts clearly and the edges don't get blurred. I didn't compare with a TV side by side, but I don't feel any lagging in response time when playing games in PS4 neither. The only thing I noticed was the clarity gets affected by the shoot angle of the projector. While you can still make the image flat with the digital Keystone, the image quality is not the same across if the shoot angle is too wide. It works best when the projector is shooting straight to a wall or at a slight angle. I guess all projectors would have the same limitation, so I don't blame P20 on this. Sound and Fan Noise: It does have some noise from the cooling fan, but quiet enough that you forget about it soon with the video sound. Once you set the sound mode to surround mode, the sound quality is comparable to a small TV. I have a soundbar, but I don't feel I need to use it when watching TV shows or playing games with P20. Also, the projector lets out some heat from the fan side, but the projector itself doesn't get hot after hours of use. In overall, I would recommend P20 to anyone looking for a cost-effective projector for everyday use. So far, this provides everything I was looking for.

Best affordable quality picture for movies and gaming!
Excellent product! As always with online buying you just don't know what you'll get till you get it, but this purchase has me completely satisfied. The problem with online buying is its always the same, you look for the one with the most five star reviews, sift through those feeling pretty good, then check the one star reviews (which there are always just enough to worry you to keep searching products). So which is it!? Does it suck or not, searching online through thousands of similar product is not my idea of a good time. So when it comes in on time and perfect I gotta tell others because thorough reviews really help the customer not just the company. So as for the P-20 wimius led projector: It is a bit heavier and larger than my first led projector, but it's not soo much more that I would not say no to it. The picture quality is great! I like that the company says in the description... it's the quality you get for around $300 led projector... it's not a high end flat screen TV. Lol gotta love the honesty. First tested it in the living room during the day with my laptop connected with an hdmi cable. Great, didn't have to wait till it was nighttime or have to close the drapes! The picture quality has great detail and color, very bright. There were reviews about the lag on the previous model, but in the description they said they fixed this issue described buy consumers. Even though there were only 10 reviews I took a chance, and after testing it on a blu ray player, dvd, xbox 360, and laptop streaming... no lag here. The adjustments are a plenty! I really like the 4 way remote control keystone adjustment. The focus is really nice too. My old one was difficult to turn causing you to have to hold the whole unit as to not knock it off positioning. The remote works awesome point at wall and works. Plenty of connection option ports. It also comes with a lot of connection cables. Great packaging. It's black and cool looking. Here are some cons for you one star trolls: batteries not included for remote (if you can afford a projector you can afford two AAA batteries) The speakers are not movie theater quality, but probably good enough for a power point presentation (it's a projector not a surround sound system. That's why there are soo many connection options...I use a portable speaker for movie sound. This is a first week review and haven't tried it outside on the side of the house yet... but so far so great. My first led projector was pretty good and cost about $100, but after about two years the sound connection stoped working and the company still hasn't got back to me... under the bus you go ABOX.

Low price does not mean low quality!
I had been doing a lot of research, trying to find a quality projector for a reasonable price and I had my eye on this one for a while. The features I was looking for was 1080p image quality, a projector that also had HORIZONTAL keystone correction, and a projector that would work well with gaming. After hours of research, I still came back to this projector because it had all of those features, and nothing else came close to the price with the same features. I have to say, after receiving the projector, I can tell I made the right choice because, despite my concerns of it not being a well known projector brand and having such a low price, the product works great! The image quality is super clear and it also can produce a mass image size from only a few feet away (Around 7-10 ft is how close I use it). The picture through the hdmi cord from my computer to the projector also fits perfectly. In my experiences in the past with other projectors or even TVs, the edges of computer screens have been cut off because the picture does not fit correctly. The image is also quite visible, and usable, with lights on (as you can see in the attached video) or during the day. The biggest complaint I have with the projector is if you try and project from a sideways angle farther than maybe 10 degrees, the entire image cannot be completely in focus, when you adjust the lens focus manually on the projector half of the projector will be completely in focus while the other half becomes a little out of focus. Watching a TV show or movie, this is barely noticeable at all, but if you are playing a video game or viewing something with small text all over the screen, it is noticeable. It does not make the text unreadable or tiny details un-viewable, but it is something to make note of. However if you are projecting from relatively straight on, this is not a problem at all. Another thing to note is that a tiny black dot has appeared on the projector lens (it is there at the time of shooting the attached video if you can spot it). It is located somewhere on the inside, because I have cleaned the front lens and it has not moved. But overall, I think there are more positives than negatives. The price is very reasonable, the image quality is very clear, and the features of the projector make the projector angle very customizable.

Great product for an affordable price
I was looking for a 1080P projector to have some extra family fun during our shelter-in-place quarantine. I wanted to find a 1080P projector at a reasonable price. After doing some research and reading other reviews I came upon the WiMiUS P20. We were very excited when the product arrived a day early. The projector and everything included were high quality. Initial setup is very easy, and we were testing out the projector within minutes. The projector is bright and completely visible during the day. However, you will want a darker room to really enjoy viewing experience. Keystone Correction, and Zoom are great features to have, and often not found on projectors just slightly below this price point. Image quality is better than expected, and 1080p content looks great. While a variety of input options are present, we have been utilizing a Roku Streaming Stick + connected via HDMI directly to the projector. Typically projecting from an 8/9ft for distance, the resulting picture size blows away our 60' TV. It has created a great family experience for watching movies together. For individuals looking to customize their picture settings, there are a good amount of options available in the projector menu. The internal speakers do a good enough job for a majority of your standard viewing. To enhance the movie theater like experience you will want to add some external speakers. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

What an amazing buy for the money!
This is our first projector. Tons of research done? Check. Certain budget and price point in mind? Check. Is this projector worth it? OMG, yeah, it's more than worth it. You can see the images yourself. Pictures from and iPhone while playing a 4k video on YouTube using my Xbox. Note that these were taken during the day, with some ambient light in the room. The darker it gets, the more amazing the experience is. Out of the box, set it up, pop the lense cover off, plug in HDMI source, power on and adjust lense left or right to get the correct focus. We have used Roku and an Xbox through this projector so far. I played Apex Legends on it with my Xbox, and wow, amazing. No lag. Played just like my 4k TV. Watching a movie on it is awesome. I played a full NFL game from YouTube on it, and it is utterly amazing! This will be used for sure for the NFL season and Super Bowl (fingers crossed there is a season). Talk about a crazy awesome Super Bowl party using this thing! I purchased a TaoTronics Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter and Receiver ($29.99), plugged it in the 3.5mm audio out jack on the projector, and paired it with my Bluetooth sound bar across the room with ease. Worked perfectly. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EHSX28M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Note that we did not buy a projection screen. Our walls in the living room and the bedroom that we have viewed this projector on are white, and the image in the picks are on said wall(s). At 10-11 ft back from wall, we get about a 7 1/2 ft x 4 1/2 ft image on the wall. The further you go back, the bigger it gets. We have had it 12ft back without any image or color loss. Incredible. BTW, these images that were taken were without any color adjustments or tinkering with any of the internal settings on the projector. Right out of the box, just turn lense to focus, and sit back for an amazing experience. I won't go all high tech with this review, and who needs it. Let's keep it simple. This projector, for us, was more than worth the money spent and the incredible value and experience that it adds to our lives for entertainment purposes exceeds our expectations by miles. Pure entertainment, enjoyment and fun. Awesomeness in a box. Don't hesitate to buy one. Peace

Fantastic!
Like most people looking for a projector, I did the research, read reviews and watched the videos. This is going to be an outdoor movie night projector, so I didn't want to spend $1000. I wanted one that was bright, that was native 1080dpi, had good reviews and didn't break the bank. This one met all of the criteria. Simple directions, plugged in the Roku stick and fired up Empire Strikes Back. Honestly, the hardest thing to do was to open up the back of the remote control to put the batteries in (pry it from the top, not the bottom). In my video, it is in the basement, at about 7 at night. The shutters were closed, but there was still twilight coming in. I took the video with my phone and it was compressed so I could post it. The projector picture is not as pixelated as it shows in the video (that is just the way I had to send it to post to Amazon). The picture is extremely sharp and I was very surprised. I did not mess with any brightness or contrast or any settings. I thought the opening scene would be a good test as it shows dark scenes and very bright scenes. It passed with flying colors. The speakers are not fantastic, but they will do if you do not have a soundbar to hook up to it. All in all I am very impressed with this projector for the price and the quality you get with it. If you are considering a projector, this is one that I would recommend hands down!

First Time Projector ** Revision ** 5 stars to 1 star
**REVISION** It has been a little over a month and now on Netflix, Vudu, Blue Ray, and DVD, not tested the Nintendo Switch, I have had digital artifacting or tears show in the picture. This is random and greatly diminishes the quality of entertainment with it. I am very upset that this is taking place and it greatly does ruin the experience. I spent good money on this. Conveniently enough it happened just after a month, right after Amazon's return policy. I have never used a projector before, so I really have no comparison I can possibly make. After much research, I decided to take the gamble with it, and so far, my expectations have been met. I have the projector roughly 13.5 feet from a white wall. I do not know if a projector screen will enhance the visual quality or not, but so far I can honestly say that the wall has been more than sufficient. I know when the projector is closer, the quality is noticeably improved. I am not sure what is the optimal size/quality ratio (happy medium) to view media on the projector, any guidance would be appreciated for this model. I have attempted to use a dongle on the device so I can Bluetooth both phone and computer, but have not been successful at this time (user error I'm sure). So, at this time, I have not been able to 'cast' anything to it. I have connected a computer via HDMI, used a Blue-ray player, Amazon Fire stick, and the Nintendo Switch, and all has projected wonderfully. Of course, having the lights off, and especially night-time, you get the most quality out of this device. I have played some nature films from Netflix, Star Trek TNG, Youtube feeds, Prometheus, Interstellar (Blue-ray), and a couple of cartoons, and visually I was blown away. Granted, you won't get the same experience as you would a 4K TV, but having this image at roughly 130'', there is no comparison, especially for the price. Watching late night films with the kids does make this genuinely a movie-night experience. Throw in some popcorn, candy, and other saturated fats and you got a good thing going on. The sound is 'eh', surprising for such a small device, but all the same, I would invest in some surround sound if you are going this route for absolute immersion. I look forward to projecting a laptop to do some D&D adventures on this, I really think it will enhance the experience greatly. The device is extremely simple, it probably took me a good 10 minutes to really understand all the important features, I'm sure there are several others I have not yet observed, but the key features have been explored. I am still looking at ways to optimize this so I get the best picture size and clarity possible. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know. Bottom Line: Though it isn't technically a 'smart device', it is easy to add peripherals to supplement this drawback. I was very precarious on purchasing this, and I hope it has a long lifespan. Is it as simple to purchase a projector lamp should it burn out, if so, what is the cost? As far as what I have played with now, I am more than pleased and would highly recommend this to anyone, given that they understand that this device is made for a dark environment (but you can still enjoy in the light with some suffrage to clarity), and that it isn't 4K quality. Pros: Price, Simplicity, Diversity (compatibility) in hookups, Native 1080p image quality, Custom viewing size, immersion. The company did provide an accurate assessment and instruction on this product. There were no drawbacks they didn't cover about this product, which tells me that they do have integrity toward the consumer. Cons: Adequate, not exceptional sound, Not 4K, Cheap feeling remote, Dark environment preferred for optimal visual experience.
