Tastes like real caf tea but decaf
I finally found a decaf green tea that has that lovely bite in the back of your tongue that I love. This tea is great! And decaf too.

Healthy decaf green tea
I finally found a bulk loose leaf decaf green tea. I combine green tea with hibiscus in a tea ball and brew enough for a week. The decaf process retains EGCG that's responsible for green tea's health benefits. Good value!

Great tasting!
A honest review- Really like this organic tea and that it's decaf. It's our nightly beverage and doesn't affect sleep.

Good tea, wish I had info on anti-oxidant content or decaf method
The main reason I suspect people would buy a 1 lb bag of green tea is that they want the health benefits of green tea's anti-oxidants. Certainly that is the case for me. I'm also sensitive to caffeine, so need to have a decaffeinated tea. This raises the question of how much of the anti-oxidants are left once after the decaffeination process is done. Reading the tea leaves here, so to speak, I'm under the impression that the decaffeination process they use is the CO2 process, which preserves almost all of the anti-oxidants. The page says the tea was 'non-chemically' decaffeinated and Davidson's website says they use the CO2 process on all their teas--then again, I can't find this 16 ounce bag on their website. Chances are this product is CO2 decaffeinated, but do I want to continue to use the product if I'm not certain? The company could make things a lot clearer by coming out and saying what decaffeination process they use and, like the far more mediocre Lipton decaf green tea, show how much antioxidant is in their tea. The taste of this tea is good, particularly for the price. Certainly not as good as a sencha, but you lose the caffeine. The flavor is nutty with a somewhat bitter hint.

Best decaf green tea
It's not comparable to great green tea, but it's definitely the best decaf green tea I've tried.

A Tasteful and Healthy Decaf Green Tea
This is a slightly floral green tea with with a slight astringent finish. It is not as light as many green teas as it has a clear discernable taste, but without the caffeine. Enjoy a cup while you do your health good...

Very Disappointing
I’m extremely disappointed in this tea. First of all there’s no information on the type of tea it is (e.g. sencha, dragon well, etc.) nor the country of origin. And it didn’t look like a good quality tea when I opened it, dull and dry looking with lots of stems. I’m very sensitive to tannins, which is why I drink green tea instead of black. I cold brewed, which should have cut down on both the tannins and astringency, but it’s very astringent tasting and my stomach’s quite upset from tannins after drinking only one cup. I won’t be buying it again. Just poor quality tea.
