The look of this box is nice. It has a classy feel that works for a keepsake or valet box. The storage capacity is fairly decent for things like cufflinks, medals, pocket watches, and scouting or military uniform pins/supplies. It's not the sturdiest build of all time, and the latch is only so-so in terms of quality, but all in all, not bad for the price.

Worth the money
Great box, I put a journal, some pens, my reading cards in it and still have room. Worth the money. Like the lock closure on it.

Attractive Storage Box for Collection of Little Jars
It's a beautiful box with a smooth, even finish and nice wood. I'm using it to store a collection of CO2 botanical waxes. It's a good shape to number the tops of the jars and put a key list in the inside of the lid like a Whitman's Sampler.

When we opened the packaging, a strong unpleasant smell come out. I am not sure this is the smell of residue solvent or glue.
