What equipment do I need ?

Basics needed a brewing bin or anything with a lid that holds 40 pints sterilising fluid i.e. doctor johnnsons always make sure all you use is clean a wooden spoon to stir a measuring jug I use a plastic 3 and a half pint one that’s all to start the first stage after a week I bottle mine in 2 litre plastic lemonade bottles sterilised naturally and reusable ( always leave a gap of about two inches from the top and squeeze the beer bottle to push beer to the top for to stop air pressure bursting the bottle a syphon tube to transfer from beer bin to bottle a hydrometer if you want but as long as you wait a week and the beer is in a warm place it’s ok this is what I use and have done for years hope this helps

Doz it come with yeast all dont you need it ??

comes with yeast. much cheaper from Wilco though.

What is included in the pack?

Yeast, brew mixture of hops etc . You need to add sugar and water.

With this being 40 pints, do you to brew that all in one go, or can it be done in batches non separate days?

Yes, you do brew it all in one go. It can then be bottled or stored in a keg. Bottled will last for at least a couple of months, if you are not that thirsty.
